About this listing
This is a small room but very cute and cozy. It has a full bathroom connected in the room and a large screen porch connecting to the room that is private.
This is the newest room in the house. It is a super cool design with a barrel ceiling and in suite bathroom.
Matt was quick to respond and help out when I had an issue booking a room. The house was great, super comfortable and in a perfect location. I'm definitely going to contact Matt on my next trip to Austin.
This was my first time using Airbnb so I was very skeptical about the entire thing. Matt changed my skepticism with his listing. Although our room was a little small, the concept, convenience, privacy, and our own patio was the selling point. Matt also responds very quick so that was a plus for me. Thank you for everything!
I stayed in room E in the SocoBnB one night and it was a great experience. Matt made it easy to get in and allowed me to stay a little later on the day of checkout since my flight was in the late afternoon. I slept SO WELL in the tiny room, which had a great private porch. My only complaint was that internet was spotty in the room, but was better outside in the common areas. I hope to stay there again. Thanks, Matt!
I wound up staying in Room C and it was perfect! Keyless entry to the house made coming and going a breeze. The house and room were in excellent condition, and in an ideal location. SoCo is not to be missed! I will definitely stay here again when I return to Austin.
Great location, walkable to downtown and included all the great aspects of SoCo. Lock on the room and in-room bathroom were good too. Perfect for one or two people.
My first Airbnb experience and it was wonderful! Matt was very quick to reply and I appreciated how willing he was to accommodate to our needs. The room was just lovely and so convenient. Loved the private porch! The location was a gem! Thanks for everything!

About the Host, SoCoBnB /Matt
I live in Austin Texas but grew up in Eugene Oregon. I've lived in Colorado for many years and Asia for two years. I'm a photographer, a skier, a cyclist and a climber who loves the mountains. Traveling and meeting interesting new people is my favorite part of life. Airbnb is a great way to make both things happen. I'm always happy to meet other travels and swap stories even if you're not staying with me. I've lived in Austin for a long time and know it well if you're looking for advice.
I keep my house pretty nice but love to rough it when I travel. My favorite places are Haiti, China, India and Eastern Europe.
We're not here for a long time, so we might as well be here for a good time.
