Alessandro is welcoming and help you if you need.
The room was clean and the bathroom in the room was very appreciable. And you have the view on the Tibere.
A good address to be if you want to visit Roma by day and night :-)
The room in Allesandro's apartment is spacious, and it was nice to have a private bathroom, not to mention balcony. Being so close to the Trastevere station, it was easy to get around by tram, and to get to the airport. Allesandro is helpful, and easy to get in touch with through airbnb. Absolutely a host I can recommend.
Alessandro's apartment is very spacious and located close to the train station and tram as well as restaurants and bars across the canal. I did not get to meet Alessandro, but Francesca was excellent and very responsive. I enjoyed my time at the apartment and would recommend it.
The apartment is centrally located, a short walk (less than 5 minutes) from Trastevere train station, gracefully furnished and spacious, with a nice dining room and a leather couch. There is a supermarket in the same building and a colorful open market with fresh fruit and vegetables, close by. Alessandro is a cool, friendly person with a passion for modern music and film: he can give you excellent advice on place to visit in Rome and the surrounding area. He keeps the apartment clean and the kitchen is well-equipped in case you want to cook your meals. I stayed at Alex's place for about a month. My room had a small private bedroom, but I could use the other, larger bathroom as well. All bedrooms (3 in total) have a/c, and two of them have direct access to the balcony. The apartment is not exactly in the middle of Trastevere, where all the action is, but you can easily get there with tram # 8 or by walking (less then 15 minutes). If i go back to Rome I will contact Alex again, and I already recommended his place to a bunch of friends.
