Our villas and mansions aren’t just big—they’re in a league of their own. Our villas offer up to 8 beds and can accommodate up to 16 guests, while our mansions feature up to 11 beds and can accommodate up to 18 guests.

Our goal is to ensure the utmost comfort for our guests. Maid service, private chef, airport transfers, yoga instructor, massage therapist, and personal trainer services are all provided in-house.

📌HOUSE RULES:
1) RENTAL CONTRACT: As per current LA City STR laws and for our liability & security protocols, YOU MUST SIGN THE RENTAL CONTRACT AFTER BOOKING confirmation. E-contract, which will be sent to your email address via DocuSign.
📌To receive the rental contract, you must provide your email.
📌Regardless of how far in advance the booking is made, the contract must be signed within 2 hours of booking confirmation.
📌Failure to sign the contract is a violation of our policies, and you will not be able to check in and your reservation may also be canceled at any time.
2) DO NOT CLICK 'RESERVE' & BLOCK the dates UNTIL YOU HAVE HOST'S PERMISSION.
📌By clicking RESERVE & BLOCKING the dates, you automatically agree to the house rules & terms of the rental contract.
3) REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: Guest is required to provide a valid credit card, and the HOST will directly charge the credit card after booking confirmation.
4) DAILY MAID SERVICE (Mandatory): $375/day will be charged additionally. Includes light cleaning, bed making (with sheet changes every 3 days), towel refresh, sanitizing bathrooms, tidying up common areas, taking out trash, and cleaning the kitchens.
📌ADD-ONS (pool heat, chef, maid): Shall be paid directly to host, not via Airbnb.
5) NO SELF CHECK IN: Our property manager will personally greet you at check-in and provide a walk-through of the house manual.
📌Passport or drivers license, is required at the check-in. The name & the picture on your ID must match your Airbnb profile and the information on occupants' IDs must correspond to the occupants' names as stated in the contract.
6) As the reservation holder, you must be present is at the check-in.
7) Booking on behalf of others is NOT allowed, and reservation transfers are NOT permitted.
8) Check in is: 2 pm, check out is: 12 pm. Requests for early check-in and late check-out will be considered based on availability and may incur an additional cost.
9) NO parties. NO loud music. All outdoor speakers have been disabled in compliance with the City's Zero Tolerance Policy.
📌Quiet hours: 08 pm to 08 am.
The villa is situated in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood.

10) MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of people allowed to occupy the property is restricted to the number specified in your reservation, including children and visitors. Any increase in the number of occupants/guests must be communicated to the host in advance and may result in an increase in the booking amount.
📌Only individuals whose names are listed in the rental contract are permitted to enter the property.
11) VISITORS: Please mention while inquiring. Visitors are not allowed unless pre-approved by the host.
12) SECURITY CAMERAS: Privacy and comfort are a priority for our guests. Security cameras can be located on all angles of the exterior property, including pool & common areas. These visible cameras cover the front yard near the gate and garage, ALLOWING GUESTS FULL ACCESS TO THE MONITORING SYSTEM throughout their stay.
12) NO OUTSIDE CHEFS, MAIDS, CLEANERS permitted. In-house chef, cleaning & maid services are available upon request.
📌OUR CHEF: Rates vary based on several factors. Final pricing provided after guest’s consultation. Min. 15 days’ advance notice required.
📌As per our security, liability, and health protocols, services offered through the AIRBNB APP (AirBnB Experiences); such as PRIVATE CHEFS, MASSAGE THERAPISTS, MIXOLOGISTS, CATERING, etc. ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED..
14) POOL / SPA HEAT: If you want the pool heated, must give 48 hours notice prior to check in. Extra: $300/day.
📌POOL HEAT: 8 am to 10 pm. SPA HEAT: 5 pm - 7 pm. (Time frame may vary: 4-6 pm or 6-8 pm). SPA heating hours cannot be extended or adjusted due to its integration with the pool heating system. (As it’s an IN POOL-SPA)
15) PARKING: 4 parking spaces on the premises.
16) Events, commercial filming & photo shootings not allowed. Inquire for rates & policies for such activities.
17) NO SMOKING OR VAPING / HOOKAH. Property is equipped with smoke detectors and we’ll be notified instantly.
18) NO pets.
19) ESCALADE & RANGE ROVER RENTAL: You can rent our Range Rover, Defender & Escalade ESV from $350/day*. No Airport Car Rental Lines, No Delays! Your car will be waiting for you at the villa.
