It has windows filled with plants, a bed with a spring mattress, WiFi, LCD TV, plenty of books.
I like to offer to my guests the simple things that I like for myself when I am travelling – so you will find the room really clean, sheets, towels are provided. The bathroom has a shower with hot water at all times. There is WiFi and cable TV. A washing machine and iron is available and so is a hair dryer. The room is cleaned everyday.
There’s a gas stove, fridge, microwave and UV filtered water in the kitchen. And Breakfast/ tea/coffee are on the house.

Interaction with Guests
I like to interact with my guests - chat, share a meal or a drink and give tips about my city- but all this with a healthy respect for your own space and time.
Bandra is one of the hippest and most vibrant areas of Mumbai. It is full of restaurants, bakeries, pubs, coffee shops, boutiques, old protected little village areas, churches, art spaces– all lovely to walk about and explore. There are also 3 different seaside promenades – Bandstand, Carter Road and Reclamation – each about 10 minutes walk away. It’s a lovely area and is quite the favourite with people looking to experience the vibrant Maximum city.
The apartment is located in a lane in Bandra. Its just a couple of minutes walk to a Bus and Taxi stand and basic amenities stores, restaurants, coffee shops. The local train station is 10 minutes away. It’s also very centrally located within the city. The International Airport is about 30-40 minute and the tourist areas of Colaba and South Mumbai are also about the same distance. Staying in Bandra is also convenient for people travelling on business as the business districts of Nariman Point in the south or those in the north - in Malad, Goregaon are about equidistant from here. And BKC is about 10 minutes away. I love my neighbourhood and will be happy to share tips to make your experience interesting and fun.

I was able to find Sangeeta's easily with the instructions she gave me! Mehboob studio is the best landmark to tell the taxi driver. I was greeted my Sangeeta's lovely maid and shown to my room. Where Sangeeta had left a welcome note, with clear instructions and to help my self to filtered water, tea and coffee. Sangeeta phoned to make sure I was okay - she was out and getting home later. The room and apartment is perfect for hiding away and relaxing. Sangeeta's is a lovely and laid- back host, making it feel very comfortable. I feel I can laze in my room or in the living room easily. It does feel like a home from home.
Kala the maid makes an excellent masala chai tea ! And lovely food too.
The location is perfect for walking to nice coffee shops and shops. The coast is also extra close to walk along .
It has made a huge difference to my trip having this comfortable place to stay - I couldn't recommend it more.
If you are reading this: stay at Sangeeta's! This was far and away the best airbnb experience I have had. Her home is wonderful, but what really makes the experience special is Sangeeta's warmth and welcoming energy. It was a delight to stay with her, to share meals, and to spend time together. She really helped me settle into Bandra and I am so grateful for the few days I spent with her. Thank you, Sangeeta!
The reservation was canceled 20 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
I agree to all the comments which the previous guest have written.
Sangeeta is wonderful. The appartment is very clean. It is beautiful decorated and best located.
I stayed there for 14 days and I really felt at home.
I've done a bit of travel on Airbnb, and this has so far been the best! Sangeeta is a wonderful host - I enjoyed meeting her, and like others have said here - I too feel like i've made a new friend. I really appreciated the extra effort she took to accommodate my dietary needs. The room and location were perfect, and khalla was a great cook. I felt very much at home - ended up staying twice, and would happily come back.
Amazing little apartment, with a lovely host and house maid who cooks some delicious breakfast and lunch. Looks exactly like the pictures - beautifully decorated and furnished. Convenient location. Would recommend friends to stay here if they were ever in Mumbai.
Sangeeta's home is beautiful, spotless, as shown in pictures but most important of all, it's my home away from home. It's located by Bandstand so I could walk everyday. There are lots of great restaurants and shops close by. Sangeeta is very warm and helpful. Although I have been in Mumbai 4 times she suggested great shopping places that I hadn't discovered. I will be back in Mumbai soon and I plan to stay at her place, my new home. Thank you Sangeeta for being a wonderful host:)
I am an easygoing cheerful person. I like things that are creative and artistic and my home is a reflection of this interest.
I like interacting with people and getting to know more about their culture and way of life. I enjoy travelling and staying at places where I can connect with the local people and get to imbibe the culture of the place. That's why I like staying at homestays and personalised places rather than hotels and that's the kind of experience I want to bring to my guests when they stay with me.
