Great location

Hole-up and be safe! You don't have to leave. It's like a resort. A separate entrance to the whole 3rd floor. Meals via toaster oven, microwave, & refrigerator, plus delivery from great restaurants. Jacuzzi & hot tub, huge balcony has a spectacular view of Los Angeles, living room + bedroom, large TV has movie channels & great DVD collection. I'd love longterm guests and that's best for 2 -- but we can add a bed in the living space. Flowers are bursting everywhere, pool heated when it's summery.

The space
GREAT FOR A SINGLE PERSON OR COUPLE TO WORK AND PLAY. Children are fine, too, if they can deal with the stairs to the 3rd floor. A fully wired beautiful home that's quiet and serene while being 3 minutes above the Hollywood scene, when we can rejoin it, on the Sunset Strip.

Where you’ll be

Los Angeles, California, United States

The house is 3/4 of a mile above the Sunset Strip, a hotbed of sidewalk restaurants and beautiful shops and paparazzi. And, although the house is so close to the glitz and glamor, it’s as quiet as being in the country. To be on top of city life and yet be in a house with a garden and swimming pool was one thing I loved about moving from NYC.

This is such a good place for holing up. It's my whole third floor, very private, looking down on a great city view, is very beautiful, and has everything you need unless it's a full kitchen which I cant supply until we can hug again. I live on the first and second floor with a couple of friends. Guests have a separate entrance via an outdoor staircase. Before we couldn't visit there were times illustrious people held court at salons and guests could participate. The suite has a refrigerator, a microwave, and a toaster oven and dining in the garden is still fine. This is a statement I use: "Suzanne Taylor produces stimulating events, projects and experiences for sophisticated audiences, with a visionary voice that challenges the status quo and helps people feel inspired to forward a collective vision." And here's my bio: Suzanne Taylor, Producer/Director of "What On Earth? Inside the Crop Circle Mystery," has been involved with films since she graduated Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude from NYU. Having been an actress, she crossed over to the other side of the camera as the Executive Producer of the 2002 feature documentary, "CROP CIRCLES: Quest for Truth." The newer film, which got a good review in The New York Times, had its TV premiere on CPT12, a Colorado PBS station. Suzanne is a crop circle authority on the Ancient Aliens television series on the History Channel. She was the producer for "Brother, Can You Spare a Paradigm?," the controversial TEDx West Hollywood program that has been serving to get issues about non-local reality into the public eye. As follow-up to TED Talks, she is producing SUE Speaks, with SUE standing for Searching for Unity in Everything: (Website hidden by Airbnb) As the founder of Mighty Companions, a non-profit dedicated to rethinking our worldview, her Los Angeles home is a gathering place for activists. The walls are lined with her post-impressionist paintings – she had a one-woman show. And the food is superb – Suzanne is a mean chef who wrote "The Anybody Can Make It, Everybody Will Love It Cookbook."
