In the heart of Miami newly remodel Studio is right by the Loan Depot Park, in Little Havana, with easy access & close to Downtown,Wyndwood,Dolphin expressway and I-95.Minutes to South Beach, Bayside, Parrot Jungle, Children Museum,Kaseya Center,Calle 8, Brickell..Restaurants, fast food & convenient stores within walking distance. Everything Private and secure with alarm system. We're in one of the oldest cities within Miami, Little Havana, with easy access to enjoy all that Miami has to offer.

The space
This beautiful, practical studio is set up to make your stay in Miami comfortable. The kitchen is equipped for you to be able to prepare just about any meal you would like. The refrigerator has enough space for all you might like to keep handy.
There's no door connecting the bedroom area to the living area, there's a two Full/Queen beds and one bathroom.
Brand new central AC unit for the exclusive use of the studio.
There are ROKU TV with access to Netflix and local channels.
There's no dishwasher or laundry on the studio. There is a Laundry center within a block distance that is usually open 24 hours daily.

The entire studio is available for your use, as well as small entrance porch area shared with guest in unit 3. Parking available for one car on the side of the studio , also free parking on the street when no games in the stadium.

Neighborhood highlights

This is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Miami, is very close to Downtown and Jackson Hospital. Is an upcoming area, our family has lived here for over 20 years and never have witness any issues or problems. It's not a tourist area, mostly residential/rental, but it's very close and easily accessible to the tourists areas, beaches, restaurants and night live. Restaurants, fast food chains and convenient stores are within 4 blocks in all directions. Wendy's, Subway and Walgreens are 2 blocks away!

If your eating out, we definitely recommend "La Camaronera Seafood Joint and Fish Market" for a quick lunch, they close at 8:00pm, on 1952 West Flagler Street, is one of the local secrets for great fish soup, very fresh fish, and don't leave without trying their fried shrimp, unique and the best in town! Opened by two Cuban brothers, the Garcia's, it wasn't uncommon to see one of the brothers cooking right in front of the counter fresh fish that they've caught earlier that day on the bay.

A little more formal, but still casual, is "El Rincon Asturiano", on 225 SW 17 AVE, this Spanish specialty restaurant has great food, I love their "Chuleton de Buey", but anything from tapas to paellas, is a nice place for a romantic dinner or a family. I haven't been in a while, but don't belive it has change much, since they've been there for over 20 years that I known them.

A quick place to pick up something to bring home or just eat the're is "Pinolandia", a Nicaraguan specialty spot that makes great fried cheese, carne asada, and many other great options to choose from. Economically, within walking distance, and good food.

But if am honest, there are way too many places near by where to get good food here, restaurants like "Old's Havana Cuban Bar & Cocina", for a meal or just a drink, to the more fancy ones as "Casa Juancho", "Kiki on the River", "Seaspice" & "Garcia", both right by the river, are just some of the very good restaurants on the area. But even if you want to go to the more chick, fun areas, like South Beach, Brickell, Coral Gables or Coconut Grove, they're all within minutes, most not even 10min, from the home...
