  • Very nice apartment with attractive (website hidden). Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museums can be reached within 10 minutes (walking distance). Metro station and supermarket (Tody´s) are also very close. Armando is a professional host who responded very quickly and accurately to emails, etc. During our stay he asked about our well-being and sent a lot of information about the apartment and e.g. restaurants with personal evaluation in advance. We enjoyed our stay and recommend Armando to people who want to stay in the middle of rome for some days.

  • I stayed for a week at Armando's flat with my girlfriend, and I have nothing but positive things to say about it. The place was really well-located, near some excellent restaurants and a stone's throw from the Vatican. There are also several supermarkets within 10-15 minutes walk, which made sure that we were able to keep the fridge well-stocked. The walk to the subway station is short and pleasant, and it doesn't take long to get to most of the major tourist sites from Cipro station.

The apartment itself is just as advertised. It's very spacious, comfortable, and since we were there in January it was well-heated :). The washing machine and refrigerator were real life savers, too. The place was also really clean.

Armando was a great host. He arranged a pickup for us at the airport, which was much appreciated after the long flight from Tokyo. He was also in contact throughout the week to make sure that we were doing ok. He seems to take really good care of his guests.

I would definitely stay at Armando's place again if I ever found myself in Rome.

  • Wasn't a bed and breakfast, although the flat was awesome! Highly recommend if you're looking for a nice place to stay that is cozy with lots of interesting books and a very short distance from the vatican.

  • Armando's flat was really great. Location was good, near many restaurants/shops, 15 min walk to the Vatican museum. The flat is clean and exactly like the photos. Armando was also very responsive to my emails and inquiries.
We really love the flat, hearing the neighbors yelling in Italian and smelling the fragrant cooking from the other floors just made our Italian vacation even better! :)

  • Armando is an amazing host! Very communicative, hospitable, flexible and positive :) He helped us a lot during our stay. He organized a great transfer from the airport, came to see us the next day we came, gave a lot of useful information and advice about Rome, its places of interest and useful web-sites. And though we had a little problem in the very beginning of our stay, he did everything he could to solve the problem and as a result I can say that we had a really-really great vacations in Rome :) The flat is well equiped and has everything you need. The place is very convinient and amazing to live! Supermarkets, metro station, Vatican, restaurants and everything you need are only few steps away. And you always feel like a real resident of Rome :) So my husband and I hightly recommend Armando and his flat for your trip. Hope to be your guest again :)

  • Armando's apartment was just perfect for my wife and I -- walking distance from the Vatican, tastefully furnished and very close to bus and metro stops. Armando himself was an extra-helpful and communicative host, staying in touch in the build-up and giving us pointers on how best to experience Rome, and finally arriving himself to welcome us at his apartment. We loved our stay at Armando's beautiful apartment, and would definitely staying there again when we visit Rome (having thrown coins into the Trevi fountain, I am sure we will visit again :))

  • We had a great time at Armando's flat. The location was great -- very close to everything we wanted to see, but the neighborhood is much quieter and less crowed than other places in Rome. It was great to get away and have a quiet dinner in the evening after sightseeing in the busy city. And there are lots of good restaurants around the flat. We tried one that Armando recommended --Gallo Brillo -- which was very good, and also found another great place just around the corner called Piccola Toscana. One of the best meals we had on our trip.

The flat was very comfortable, it had everything we needed and Armando was great about communicating before and during our trip and was very helpful with advice when we needed it. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Rome. Thank you so much Armando, we had a great time.

  • Armando's apartment was fine for our short stay in Rome. Check in was smooth as Armando had his cleaner waiting at the apartment to let us in. The apartment is located in a nice area within Rome with two different train stations withing a 15 minute walking distance. It is very close to the Vatican which you could comfortably walk to. The kitchen is well equipped to make most things, the washing machine worked fine and bathroom and shower pressure was great. The sofa bed is a foam mattress with flexible slats which meant that bed was prone to sinking (not the best for someone with back problems) however we moved the mattress to the floor and found it fine.
The apartment also had a lift which was great with all of our luggage.
