Are you looking for a LARGE charming estate to rent for this summer?

Main Guest Suite sitting on 4 wooded acres in Zionsville! Home is duplexed into an upstairs Suite and a walk out Basement Suite that is rented out separately. If you are interested in renting both the upstairs and downstairs units, that is a separate booking. Just let us know and we can check the availability to combine both units for you.

This is our primary residence that we have set up to be rented while traveling.

The space
The main guest suite offers 2800 sq. Feet main floor with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, large living room, dining room, workout room, front porch, and large back deck.

The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and attached master bathroom. Bedroom 2 offers a queen size bed and a full crib. Bedroom 3 and 4 offer twin beds.

Kids books, Puzzles, building blocks, and some kid friendly toys are offered should you have little ones.

Guest access
You have access to all four wooden acres of the property including the sauna, front yard and 1400 sq feet deck in the back overlooking the forrest.
Only exception is a small fire pit and bbq area by the side of the house.

Other things to note
This is a large house that has been duplexed into two units. This listing is for the Main Guest Suite upstairs.

The walk out basement suite is rented out separately.
