Kick back and relax in this calm, cool get away. In the heart of downtown with quick off the highway access. Charming interiors with ample space to be private in the 2 suites 1 on either end of the abode or gather for entertainment or cooking together in living,dining area.
New, clean & crisp surroundings are cheery and reflect the blue greens of the lake. Patio seating and dining with views of the mountains.
Easy access to fishing,boating,hiking and 4 wheeling. Plenty of parking.

The space
Roomy and comfortable home with 2 private suites (1 on each end) and a kitchen/dining/living area to gather for cooking and entertainment. Patio space outside to enjoy food from the BBQ, a game of corn hole, mountain views, smore’s over the fire-pit, and star gazing. There is plenty of parking for cars and toys. Market/ACE/gas/restaurant in walking distance. Bars and other restaurants nearby.

Guest access
The house is entirely yours during your stay. A 5th wheel dwelling next door (The Eagle) is also available for rent with its own private yard, if you have a larger group.

Small neighborhoods surround the property and you are moments from trails, close to lake access and surrounded by Tonto National Forest. Indian Point Boat Ramp is a short drive down to and onto A+Cross Road and never crowded. Oso Trail head is also accessed at A+ Road, Mile marker 255.
