Nice apartment for a romantic scapade or a visit to Seville, and well equiped for longer stays, since it has all you need, including washer.
The location is excellet since it is safe and within walking distance to the hystorical and comercial center city, close to parks, shops, restaurants, bars, market, and monuments. Well connected too by public transportation, to the airport, stations, other cities, and it is possible to park on the street for free, or in any of the parkings close by.

The space

The apartment is located in a typical andalussian house, with big windows and balconies, and it is completely independent, it has its own entrance. There is a living room and full kitchen and washer on the ground floor, and a spiral staircase takes you to the bedroom with two beds and en suite full bathroom with bath tub on the first floor. Comfortable, combining classical and modern decor. The large windows have double glazing to warranty a good sleep.
There is central heating and city gas water heater. There are ceiling fans.

This duplex is conveniently located in the picturesque and safe quarter of Triana, just accros the bridge from the hystorical center of Seville. Best location during Holly Week and April Fair. A procession passes by the door, you can watch it from the balcony!. Holly Week is called "Semana Grande" in Seville,of intense and stunning beauty, art and music on the streets, a cultural expression not to miss. Some of the best processions go around the Triana streets.
In April Fair, just 15 minutes walk from the house, you can see a burst of flamenco dance and music, and the best horse carriages.

In calle Pureza, the main Triana street, you can find the Church of Santa Ana, so called the "Triana Cathedral", being the oldest church in Seville, with a XIII century door. Also, the image of the Esperanza de Triana is at a church on the street, one of the most praised images in Seville.
If you like flamenco singing and dancing you can go to some of the places close by that offer life shows, specially in calle Betis.
THe area is very lifely, there are many bars and restaurants close by, yet does not have the hussel of plain center city, and is one of the historical quarters of Seville. It is also very safe.
THe paralell street Betis has phantastic views of the other side of the river Guadalquivir, the Torre del Oro, Giralda tower, Bulfight ring, Opera buiding, towers of Plaza de España and more. You can cross the most beautiful bridge in Seville, Puente de Isabel II or Puente de Triana, and see a sunset to remember over the bridge. And then visit the old hystorical centre of Seville.
Triana has shopping areas close by, a market, public parking, public transportation, supermarkets, and all within walking distance. You can also take a bus tour or go along the river on a boat, or rent a bike, since there are special paths for them all over Seville.
A city worth visiting, it has the bigest hyltorical center of Europe, with the Cathedral, barrio de Santa Cruz, Archivo de Indias, the mix of ancient buildings and styles, makes it unique, and it is alive all year round. And all just there at your door!

Concha was a great host. The apartment is in the lovely Triana neighborhood which is just a short walk to all the attractions and less noisy than other parts of Seville. I loved staying right next to the which is beautifully lit at night and has loys of waterfront cafes and restaurants.

My parents have been at Concha's place during the semana santa in Seville. The house is very nice and clean and is located in Triana, a very special barrio of the city, full of restaurants and bar. The street of the apartment (calle Pureza) is very quiet and you just feel like at home.

First of all, Concha is a wonderful host who communicates well with her guests prior to arrival, and then makes sure they are comfortable in the apartment. Though she lives in an adjoining part of the house, the apartment itself provides complete privacy, with its own entrance through the garage. Concha is gracious and interesting, and speaks impeccable English since she spent seven years in the States. The apartment itself is well-appointed with free wifi, hot water, heater, stove, microwave and refrigerator. The beds upstairs are comfortable and the shutters keep out the light and noise. We had been traveling through Spain and had suffered many loud nights, but Concha's place was quiet and allowed for great sleep. Despite the flat's tranquility, the area is alive with bars, restaurants and cafes. The location, in the heart of Triana, is probably the apartment's biggest draw. It is removed from the touristy city center, but is only a short walk across the bridge from the action. There is an atmospheric bar on the Santa Ana Plaza, which is two blocks from the apartment. Also do not miss the French bakery on Pureza 5 at the end of the street. Its pastries and cakes are delicious. All in all, we were delighted with Concha's apartment and highly recommend it. This was a really cosy, pretty and typical Spanish apartment in a lovely street. We liked the layout of the apartment, and the beds were comfortable. It is very central and you can walk to all main sights. There are also some nice bars just across the river. I would definately come back and stay again. We didn't meet Concha as she was not in Sevilla at the time, but she still communicated well with us before and during the stay.

The apartment is comfortable, very clean and quiet, full furnished. It is located in Triana, that is a wonderful neighborhoood: full of life, very close to the magnificent bridges on guadalquivir, walking distance to the main city attractions. Concha is a very kind guest: she explained me everything about the apartment, gave me good suggestions and took care that everything was fine for me.

We were made to feel very welcome. Concha was there to greet us and showed us how everything worked. Triana is a wonderful neighbourhood, you can walk over one of the bridges to the centre, all Seville's major attractions are within walking distance and there are many good places to eat nearby.
