  • We were in Rome for 4 nights. It was very nice to come to the apartment after a day full of Rome. The apartment has everything you need and has a warm and friendly admosphere.
Laura is friendly and open person and she can tell you a lot interesting stuf about Rome, including when or when not to visit for instance the Vatican (ask her first! which we did not and regretted)
We loved the neighborhood with the small shops and the nice café's. Thera are two small supermarkets next to the apartment which is convenient.
We will try to come back for sure!

  • Laura is very professional, available and helpful. Space was just as described, very clean and came with a couple of welcome gifts. Kitchen was stocked with essentials and despite not having a dedicated air conditioning unit, room stayed comfortably cool even on 90+° days! Bed is very firm with extra pillows and blankets available. Great location for easy access to Colosseum & Forum, Carrefour market nearby, metro and bus stops also close.

    Response from Laura:

Hello Chuck, I wished to thank you for the nice reference you wrote and also for the suggestion about the matress. It is very good to know how to improve the apartment.
Now I also noticed only today that the reference I had written for you at least a week ago does not show on your profile. So I have tried this evening finding the way to post it again but was not succesfull.
If there is anything I can do about that please advise.
Thanks for letting the partmetn in perfect conditions and if ever you come back I will be surely happy to welcome you again.
    All the best,
    Laura

  • The location is great - very convenient. The apartment is beautifully decorated, clean, and well furnished with a kitchen. The view from the window by the kitchen was absolutely heavenly. I had my morning coffee looking out the window every morning. Laura is a gracious host, who was helpful and lovely. I recommend this apartment highly and would definitely stay there again in a heart beat.

  • I can only recommend the flat, which is really good located, when you are interested in all the major spots of Rome. Laura is really nice and helpfull and everything was exactly the way it was described. Important for me: the wifi. It worked proper. As well as the lift, which was important for my mom. Saturday night the street in front of the house was very crowded. Probably because the "long night of the museum" took place. There are some restaurants at the beginning of the street. But concerning the eateray one should take Lauras good hints to heart - for there are many traps for tourists around.

  • Thank you for hosting us in this wonderful apartment in such a great location. The kitchen was big enough to make dinner and the views from all windows were wonderful! It was also so quiet. Laura was very helpful. All the beds were comfortable and our family of four would love to stay with Laura again.

  • Laura was a very good host and helped us in every way she could. The location is good and everything is accessible with bus or metro.
Our flight was late but we had no problem checking in as she lives next door. Apartment was clean and had plenty of room for my wife and me. If we come back to Rome we would definitely stay there again.
    Thanks Laura

  • My boyfriend and I recently stayed in Laura’s apartment for four nights and couldn't be happier with its location, cleanliness and suitability.
Laura is the best host, providing information such as local bus routes, laundry services, best places to eat and find foodie areas and has an amazing insight into Rome’s iconic spaces and places.
Laura communicated with us and gave us valuable information via AirBnB messages about the best way to her place. On arrival we were greeted with a beautiful little Rome apartment with small treats to welcome us, we felt at home instantly and appreciated her hospitality. We found the bed very comfortable and once the shutters closed and window shut it is a very silent and peaceful place to rest after a long day touring the city.
The apartment is located on a well-used street however at night it slows down and is very quiet, there are small restaurants, cafés and trattorias literally down the street, as well as small general stores. The best thing about this street is that the 117 bus stop is located a few houses down, it will take you on a loop of the city and is the best introduction to the city you could want.
I would be happy to recommend this apartment to any friends who want easy access to most of Rome’s city attractions, wants to feel part of the city and feel like they are getting a real Italian experience.
