The space
The large, well-maintained pond has a wading area for smaller children and a high dock for those who want to make a bit of a splash.

A soaring, forty-foot tower stands next to the pond, allowing you to view the surrounding landscape, watch the sun set and sunrise or watch wildlife go about there daily life. (the slide is not for public use).

The home is comfortable, a cozy 12’x32’, and well-furnished with AC, a mini fridge, a full bathroom, and a hot tub just off the front porch. A fire pit with provided wood is available for a romantic evening outside, nestled together by a crackling fire.

Perfect for getting away from the big city, this luxury tiny home is a great place to relax, enjoy a dip in the pond, and then end the day sitting together on the porch, hot tub, pavilion, or tower.

Local attractions within a mile include King Swings free playground and Victory Brewing.
