If Tim offers you the "2 couches", DO NOT accept. The couch I slept on may as well have been a cot from the 80s. Someone 5 ft tall would have still hung over lengthwise and struggled to stay on the 2 ft width-wise. The location isn't the safest either. If you have other options, consider them. I expected hostel-like and got college student housing-like. Sorely disappointed..
Tim was really nice, he came to meet with us when we arrived, he gave us some places to go and was really welcoming. The house was really nice and appreciable!
We had an awesome time. Tim was super responsive to messages and he gave us plenty of space. We actually had the whole house to ourselves and got in and out using a lockbox. Clean, relaxing space and stay. I'd recommend.
Spacious house great parking. The area is not the most safest place, some one in the area tried to take my battery out of my car and left the tools sticking out of my car. Another guest who was staying there had his motorcycle stolen but the cops did find the guy who stole it. Inside the house were electric issues were the power kept going out, the bathrooms were always dirty and looks like it had not been cleaned in months.
Great location and really good place to stay. Other roommates were great and friendly.
Tim was very friendly and respond immediately to any questions. He has more properties so there is always some space to find. The room was worm and everything fine. Neighborhood is a bit special but ok.
Tim is one the best Hosts I have ever met. He is a really nice and generous guy. I felt right at home at his place and he was really helpful with everything. We had a very interesting discussion over a couple of beers. His place is very clean, cozy and well maintained. Too bad I was in Atlanta just for one day. I would definitely stay with him the next time i visit Atlanta and i would definitely recommend him to everyone on airbnb.

About the Host, Tim
I am a very relaxed and easygoing and open minded guy looking to host people and make new friends around the world. I have always wanted to work in the hospitality industry since I was a kid it was a dream of mine to own my own b&b. I lived in my home on Tift Ave for almost 15 years. I have hosted many friends and travelers from around the world in my historic home. Now that I found out about AirBNB, I am opening my home to you. I now have five properties close to downtown Atlanta three in historic Capital View neighborhood and two in Historic Adair Park neighborhood. they are both very close to downtown and walking distance from the marta train station and bus stops so Its very easy to get around the city without the need for a car. Several of the homes also can be booked entirely for larger groups.I also have many hostel spaces available great for travelers on a budget. I have male and female dorms. My 22 year old daughter is also a host at the female dorm house on Fairbanks Street She has a wonderful dog Grace that will stay mostly in her room .I love to share travel stories drink good wine and eat good food. I like almost anything as far as food goes and red and white white alike as well as a good beer. I really don't have any major rules just be a polite guest as I will be a great host and even show you around if you need me to. I also love the outdoors and know some great places to hike in Atlanta. I also love to cook, drink wine or beers and eat good food and have a Nice large kitchen for you to make yourself at home in as well as each house has a great private backyard and fire pit and large front porches, I live on Tift And My Daughter Lives on Fairbanks Street. Tift Ave has 4 outdoor cats and a small dog Alvin you will love. Fairbanks Street the girls dorm has a dog Grace that you will love. My other properties do not have any animals unless a guest happens to have one.
