Just a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of Dublin city, St Stephen's Green, Grafton Street and Temple Bar, not to mention a host of well-known cafes and restaurants. The property itself is on a complex including the Grand Canal Theatre, shops, many excellent restaurants and sports facilities including wake-boarding.
There are excellent transport links close by including the Dart and LUAS Line, and a number of main bus routes both in and out of the City Centre. My apartment is a 5 minute walk to one of Dublin's two main national rail stations and a short LUAS ride to the other.
-Check in and check out times may be flexible. Please ask! If you need to leave your luggage for a few hours before or after check in, it is not a problem.

-There are wooden floors throughout the apartment so please remove any footwear that may scratch the floors, for example high heels.
A new level of excellence has been set in our AirBnB experiences. Though we never met him in person, Ashton is so thoroughly congenial, thoughtful, and organized, we experienced him as the perfect AirBnB host. The building is new, clean and modern. Close to the water, an easy pleasant walk to busier sections of town. A good grocery close by with organic foods and vegetables. The kitchen is well stocked, and the coffee was excellent. He is a host who has thought of everything-- guide books and maps of the area, instructions for the appliances, bread, eggs, milk and juice in the fridge....
The apartment itself is clean and modern with solid comfortable furniture. It was easy to relax and enjoy being there. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you Ashton!
Ashton provide d a lovely little welcome pack of milk, bread fruit and eggs .The apartment description was spot on.The location was ideal an easy walk into the city centre or ample public transport if needed close by two supermarkets within 2 minutes walk and numerous eateries and pubs
The apartment was perfect, as in the pictures. Ashton was great, always really attentive, answering super fast to my questions. Beds really comfortable! Neighborhood really quite and beautiful.
Ashton's apartment has the lot, very well organized, everything one could want, great location and a very comfortable bed an stay. Absolutely loved my stay here.
Ashton was deserving of every 5 star review previously written about him. The apartment was immaculate. Hardwood floors you can walk on with your bare feet and no dust or dirt anywhere. I like that very much. The shower has water pressure so good that you have to turn it down and it is s easy to use with a seperate dial for heat that can be pre-set without ever touching it again. The beds were very comfortable-just the right amount of firm and soft. Excessive pillows and linens. The kitchen is prepared as you would expect from a professional chef with everything you need including of course, exceptionally sharp knives. Great Keurig style coffee/espresso machine. Technolotgy in all rooms including Apple TV and cable. Key less entry-super contemporary building. A great grocery store "Fresh" with in two minutes walk. Located right in the center of Silicon Docks where Google, Facebook and Twitter all have corporate offices. All Brand new buildings. Taxis are everywhere and with Hailo App you can get anywhere you need in City Center for under 10.00 E. and they arrive in minutes on Lazer Street right out your back door. This was the best Airbnb experience yet for me. We felt we were at home with Ashton as our host and his apartment so well furnished. I plan to return as I have friends in Dublin working for Google and this is the only place I would want to stay. Great experience! Thank you Ashton!
Ashton was a great host; very engaged and attentive. Even though he wasn't able to be there when we arrived, he made arrangements with a friend to be on call for a couple of minor questions. His apartment is as described and actually better than the photos. The area where the apartment is located is brand new and very convenient. We would definitely contact him if we get back to Dublin and I would strongly recommend Ashton to anyone looking for a cool place to stay while visiting Dublin.

Even if you don't go in, check out this Daniel Liebskind design, a welcome addition to Dublin's recent architectural gambles. Notice that part of the square is coloured red to conjure a red-carpet.
I really enjoy this place, great atmosphere, excellent food, nice wines and reasonable prices.
