Just a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of Dublin city, St Stephen's Green, Grafton Street and Temple Bar, not to mention a host of well-known cafes and restaurants. The property itself is on a complex including the Grand Canal Theatre, shops, many excellent restaurants and sports facilities including wake-boarding.
There are excellent transport links close by including the Dart and LUAS Line, and a number of main bus routes both in and out of the City Centre. My apartment is a 5 minute walk to one of Dublin's two main national rail stations and a short LUAS ride to the other.

Our time in Dublin was enhanced by the wonderful accommodations of Ashton's apartment. Perfect location, walking distance to most destinations. Luxury of having everything we could possibly need in the apt, beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated. Ashton has the gift of hospitality, thoughtfully preparing for our visit: food in the frig, restaurant recommendations, immaculate home. Great host!
Fantastic stay - Ashton was great!! Felt very welcome with the paper and food just waiting for us. Super responsive and easy to deal with, and the apartment is incredible. Thank you for having us!
Sehr schönes Appartement, schön eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht.
Ashton was a terrific host, making sure our stay was comfortable from booking through our last day. The apartment was just as described and perfect for two couples to share. The kitchen was fully equipped and there were maps and guide books for use during our stay. The location was away from the very busy part of Dublin and just a short walk into the city. We loved the quiet neighborhood filled with cafes and restaurants and the water views of the Dockland area were just terrific. If you are planning a future visit to Dublin, we recommend this apartment as a perfect place to stay.
Ashton made us very welcome to his apartment - provision of essentials including many food items and instructions for entry were wonderful. The apartment was exactly as as described and even better then we expected - a terrific temporary home way from home.
I would really recommend Ashton's apartment for a visit to Dublin - location was perfect.
A great apartment! Location and amenities were wonderful. Lots of nice touches that made it perfect. Maps and guide books, fully equipped kitchen with basic spices, espresso machine and milk steamer! Quiet with groceries, bakery, restaurants, ATM all nearby. Loved the balcony. Beds were comfy. Ashton was very easy to communicate with and very responsive to us. Rent it now!
A new level of excellence has been set in our AirBnB experiences. Though we never met him in person, Ashton is so thoroughly congenial, thoughtful, and organized, we experienced him as the perfect AirBnB host. The building is new, clean and modern. Close to the water, an easy pleasant walk to busier sections of town. A good grocery close by with organic foods and vegetables. The kitchen is well stocked, and the coffee was excellent. He is a host who has thought of everything-- guide books and maps of the area, instructions for the appliances, bread, eggs, milk and juice in the fridge....
The apartment itself is clean and modern with solid comfortable furniture. It was easy to relax and enjoy being there. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you Ashton!
