The Space

This cozy and comfortable 538 square feet apartment is part of a classic and peaceful building built in the 50s. The garden in the building adds to the bohemian atmosphere in it. It is centrally located in the heart of Recoleta neighborhood, one of tourists’ hot spot.

It has one bedroom, a dining area, and a living room. From the living room, you can go out to the balcony. All the apartment has wodden floors and high ceilings.

The living room has a sofa bed. The bathroom is big with bathtub and a hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped: has microwave, oven, refrigerator, toasted sandwich maker, toaster and all necessary cooking utensils along with pots, pans and dishes.

Linens and towels are included.

In the neighborhood you can find a variety of supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, shopping malls, and tourist sites like the Recoleta Cementery, and the Fine Arts Museum.

It is strategically located in the middle of the area delimitated by Santa Fe, Callao, Las Heras, and Pueyrredon avenues. As means of transport there is the subway and lots of local buses.

  • I'm so glad to have stayed in Ana's apartment. Ana and her aunt are pretty kindly, hospitable and adorable people.

The apart is clean, really confortable, truly cozy and nearest to the all sights. You can do all things by walking or take a taxi in front of the apart.

For sure I will back to BA and rent an Ana's apart again.

    Thank you so much, Ana!

  • We had a perfect stay at ana's apartment in Recoleta!!! The apartment is as decent as what the photo shown, with a very well equipped kitchen, that we made few big dinners and breakfast there. It's so sweet to have a good gas oven, toaster and even a sandwich baker. The bed is so comfy and we have a very big wardrobe for storage too. The balcony is nice with a paris-alike street view. Ana's auntie, Teresa was so kind to tell us all the details about the apartment. The apartment itself locates in a very safe area in Recoleta, my favourite neighbourhood in BA. and there are lots of supermarket, fruit stalls and restaurants nearby. It's so close to Santa fe and we enjoyed our walking even till Plaza de Mayo from ana's apartment. (45minutes walking) Ana is always there for Q&A and she is so kind for all the bus info and restaurant referral too. We had a very good time in BA and the apartment really enlightened our stay there! thanks ana!!!!! would recommend the apartment to whom are planning to BA!

  • I stayed at Ana's apartment in Recoleta for a week with my parents and we had a great time! It's a minimalist apartment with key essentials in a great location. Only a short walk from BA highlights such as the Recoleta Cemetery, we walked to numerous BA barrios since it was convenient. Keep in mind the street is noisy early morning, as expected in BA. All in all an affordable, comfortable stay (email hidden)ly city!

  • This was the perfect location for our stay in BA. The mall and Recoleta cemetery are about a 15 minute walk. Port Madero is maybe 30 minutes. The apartment is exactly as described by others and very comfortable.
If you leave the building and turn right, there is a small grocery store about 50 paces away where you can buy most things including beer and wine. If you continue on to the end of the block, there are two fresh fruit and vegetable stores. Turn right, and a short way down the street is a bakery with all sorts of delicious goodies. Tip: You need a key to both enter and leave the building so it is very important to always have the keys with you. Another Tip: The stairwell lights are on a timer, to activate them, push the small orange button on the wall.

Overall it was a great experience. Thanks Ana!

  • Ana's apartment is just lovely. Spacious, clean, very nicely decorated and it has a very cosy little balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and Ana even provided coffee and tea. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, so did the hot water (nice water pressure I must say!). The apartment is located very central and perfect if you want to explore the whole of the city (whereas Palermo Soho - where we stayed later on -, nice as it is, always meant taking a longer cab/tube ride to the other parts of town). Supermarkets/bakery/fruit stalls/restaurants and cafés just around the corner. We'd definitely try to stay there again next time! Many thanks, Ana!

  • Clean, roamy and comfortable place in what is probably the safest area in all of BA. Good super markets and fruit shops practically across the street, and loads of restaurants and bars for all wallets very nearby. Owner Ana couldn´t meet us in person, but her aunt was friendly enough to meet with the keys and really went out of her way to help us out in any way she could, despite the language barrier. Highly recommended!

  • I had such a great time at Ana's apartment in Recoleta. It was exactly as advertised, and she was very helpful, both before I arrived and while I was there, answering all my questions quickly and accurately. It was my first visit to Argentina, and it was nice to know that help was just a quick text away if needed. The apartment is lovely, clean, well-appointed, and within walking distance of so many things. I would happily stay there again if I get back to Buenos Aires.

  • My parents and me had a wonderful stay in Ana's apartment. It was central so we could reach everything easily by foot or by bike! Her aunt welcomed us warmly and explained a lot about the city+transportationsystem+restaurants, which was a great start in such a beautiful and big city. Everything works perfecly in the apartment: kitchen, bathroom, aircondition (which you need in summer in BA), so we were completly happy with our stay. Also the check in and out times were flexible so that we did not have to wait and could leave whenever we wanted! I can defenetivly recomend to stay in Recoleta with Ana when you are in Buenos Aires!!:-)

I love to travel and I´ve travel a lot. I think its wonderful to know different cities, people and its culture. By travelling I learned how important is to stay in a comfortable and cozy place near the citie´s most important spots. My appartment in Recoleta is 7 blocks from de famous Cementery and Del Pilar Church, 5 blocks from Callao Ave, 3 blocks from Santa Fe Ave, 3 blocks from Las Heras Ave. Is near everything.
