  • Sam and Joanna's home is awesome! Wood floors and decorated (website hidden) has done an amazing job of making her home cozy and welcoming. Their house is ideal for a big group– it's very spacious. The backyard is huge and perfect for enjoying the wonderful Austin weather. It's just a short trip from downtown which is ideal for SXSW goers!

  • Joanna and Sam are THE consummate hosts (they know a thing or two about hospitality) and their darling East Side house is just so perfectly homey with heaps of interesting art and a very comfy couch (on which I have snuggled up for a movie night many a time.) To say they are neat and tidy would be an understatement; their home is always spotless and yet feels lived in and interesting and cozy all at the same time. Their backyard has hosted many an impromptu bocce ball tournament and I've cooked a few meals in their kitchen, but if that's not your thing, morning breakfast tacos are within walking distance. This is a great spot for SXSW as bus routes are nearby and it should be perfect weather for a quick bike ride to the Convention Center. Renting this house is a no brainer.

About
We got married in 2010 and bought this gem in 2011. We don't have any pets. Our style is mid century modern. We like to cook and dance and listen to records and sit on our porch and drink lonestar. We keep our house clean, and I think its pretty cute. And close to downtown. And parks. Ideal, if I might so say myself.
