It is located 3 minutes from Maria Luisa Park, where Plaza de España is located and then the historic city begins. The surroundings are full of bars and restaurants with delicious tapas. The train station, airport bus. Dogs are allowed, €25 per day to be paid upon arrival.

Next to the room is the terrace that I mentioned before, with an outdoor table for snacking, reading, being with the computer, talking, playing cards, etc. There's also Wi-Fi here. It's very nice!
As for the location and surroundings, the house is a 20-minute walk from downtown (Cathedral, Giralda, Torre del Oro...), and the walk to it is very pleasant, as you pass through Maria Luisa Park and Plaza de España and you are practically in downtown.
As I said, we have Maria Luisa Park two minutes from home, which is great, because in this park you can practice any type of sport (jogging, cycling, skating...), take a horse-drawn carriage ride, rent some family bikes, spend time as a couple, have a snack outdoors...
We also have numerous bars on the street parallel to ours to have some great, cheap and abundant tapas, supermarkets, banks (Sabadell, La Caixa, Santander, Bankia...), pharmacies, etc.
Come on, I assure you, you won't regret it!
