Get away from it all in a quiet 2-story 1 bedroom, 1 bath tiny home built in a cattle pasture with no neighbors. Perfect for staying in the area for family/school reunions, weddings, or funerals when you need to visit but don't want to crash with family/friends. 20 minutes from Plain Dealing, 35 minutes to Benton, 45 minutes to Bossier, 30 minutes to I-20 (Dixie Inn), 60 minutes to Shreveport.

The space
This 640 sf two-story tiny home was built in 2020, with the living/dining/kitchen area downstairs and the Master BR upstairs. The MBR has a queen bed with a twin mattress available for an extra sleeping spot if needed. The futon sofa downstairs can also be slept on if needed. This is a pet-free home, & no more than 4 people are allowed to stay unless approved by the homeowners. Be aware: there are stairs to climb to go to the MBR and there is a pond in front of the home where the cattle cool off and drink. The bath has a shower rather than a tub. There are 2 air conditioning units, one for each floor, that are controlled by remotes located by the units.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home during your stay. Extra pillows, sheets, and blankets are upstairs in the armoire. The washer & dryer are located upstairs for your use. Rent this home only if you are physically able to climb stairs.

Other things to note
You will be staying in a pasture on a working farm, so expect to see a diverse array of animal visitors such as many different species of birds, working dogs, cattle, deer, rabbits, squirrels, and more! Enjoy looking at the pond but do NOT go in or near the pond- the cows use it for a restroom, swimming, and drinking, there are LOTS of turtles in there, & one never knows when there may be a snake! The pond is not for human swimming. Please, no pets unless we discuss it prior to booking and we approve it.
