Narragansett Pier Penthouse is centrally located in beautiful Narragansett Pier RI. Walk to the beach 2 blocks away, to any of the downtown restaurants , scenic strolls along the water/wall. This 3 bedroom apartment is part of a multi unit home. It is located on the 3rd floor and has 2 flights of stairs. Once you enter the completely updated unit you have private spacious rooms that offer a relaxing stay. Visiting for an event, wedding, graduation? 6 Town Beach passes available during your stay

The space
This unit is part of a 5 family apartment house. You have dedicated parking. One spot for each bedroom. Each is labeled and is at the back of the property.

Guest access
You have two entrances to your unit. We ask the first time that you enter from the front of the house. We have some repairs still being made to home. You will have two codes messaged to you the day of the arrival. One will be for the front and back doors and one n for both apartment doors

Other things to note
Beach passes must be left on the kitchen table upon departure. Any lost or stolen passes are the responsibility of the renter and the renter will be charged $250 per pass for replacement.
