An old family home, having belonged to our great-grandmother who came from England in the last century, it now bears her name 'MAISON MISS BURTON'. Recently renovated inside, we wanted to keep some of the memory of the people who lived or stayed here and who are the soul of this home. This restoration has given pride of place to the arts, so you will find many works by local artists and artisans or from elsewhere.

The space
Old building of 200 m2, located on a beautiful avenue lined with plane trees in Soustons, 300 m from the lake, 500 m from the city center and 8 km from the Atlantic Ocean (accessible by bike path) on the Landes coast, it is designed to accommodate families or friends. On two floors, with large volumes, it combines charm and modern comfort and can easily accommodate 11 people with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 independent toilets, 1 small living room, 1 large living room and 1 beautiful terrace.
On the ground floor, the entrance serves a large room with large openings, both living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen open to a large landscaped terrace, offering a beautiful warm and atypical space to share beautiful moments with friends or family and rest. A library corridor connects this living space to a bathroom with shower and toilet and 2 air-conditioned bedrooms:
- The master suite, in a cabin style, houses a large 160 cm bed and storage.
- The children's room, with a double bed with drawer, a desk, a bookcase and a large wardrobe.
Adjacent to another bathroom and 1 separate toilet.
Upstairs, the staircase leads to a cozy TV room/office connected to a bedroom under ramps furnished with 2 single beds and another in an alcove, a desk and a dresser. A small surprising hallway will lead you to the 3rd bathroom with shower and a private toilet, as well as two double bedrooms each with a well-marked personality.

Other things to note
We provide bed linen, however please bring your own towels.

For winter stays, please note that the bedrooms and bathrooms are equipped with electric heaters. On the other hand, the main living room (living room-kitchen) is heated by a wood burning stove that must be supplied.
