He was on time and very gracious when greeting us. The apartment was very clean and had modern conveniences, yet had a nice old world feeling. The location was very good, with shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. In fact a great restaurants was right across the street.
An unexpected twist was when our host showed up at the train depot to help us get on the right train. Definitely above and beyond.
Dario's Fadahouse was fantastic and Dario was a great host. He met us at his home on time and provided us with a map and some tips on getting around Rome. The apartment was just as it is pictured. It was clean and well stocked with extra's such as nice soap, coffee and breakfast food. It was perfectly situated in Rome, nearby some restaurants, grocery stores and shopping and within walking distance to many sites. There is a bus around the corner. I would highly recommend this accommodation.
Fabulous apartment very well located. 6 of us were very comfortable in the apartment. It was nice and warm, loads of space for all of us. We walked to the Vatican City, via the Spanish Steps and Trevi fountain on the first day.(we were unable to see the fountain in all it's glory as it is being renovated and is partially covered). We were in Rome for 3 days, once we'd got our bearings, it was easy to get around, using busses and even got the metro back from the Colleseum. Loads of restaurants nearby to choose from.Thank you Dario for being a great host, very courteous and helpful. Thank you for leaving breakfast provisions and organising our taxis. I will definitely recommend your apartment to friends.
We were a group of 2 adults and 3 children.. The apartment gave us all the space we needed and a much better option than option than hotel rooms. We walked to all the major attractions in Rome. It was very cold so the consistent warm temperature of the apartment was amazing. Thanks again Dario
We were two families traveling Italy and spent first four days in Rome. We stayed at Dario's Fadahouse during this time and it was very convenient and comfortable.
Location : Central and easy access to Metro and walkable to Termini. We did most of trip taking short metro rides and bus trips. Good coffee shops and eateries all around
Experience: From the time we connected with Dario he was willing to go beyond to plan our trip and make our stay pleasant. Without Dario's help we would not have enjoyed the trip so much as we did. In every aspect of our planning, he was guiding us and giving us the tips to make sure we had a perfect time at Rome. In Many occasions, he helped us to connect and communicate with local arrangements which is truly appreciated.
Many thanks Dario and Good luck for the future.
The appartement is quite nice and big. Conveniently situated in a quite area.
Dario is very welcoming and he help in making this stay a great time in Rome.
My name is Dario, and I am a university student (I'm trying to study law at Sapienza University), and I live in Rome, city that I love.
But I also love travel, and when I don't have lessons or exams, I carve out some space for visiting new places.
