Downstairs offers three bedrooms plus a game room with ping pong and foosball. The primary suite has its own fireplace, and a bunk room welcomes extra guests. Near-level entry, garage access, BBQ, and outdoor seating. Just 5 minutes to The Village and 15 to Lake Gregory. Wall-unit A/C cools select areas.

Downstairs, the primary suite features a king bed, gas fireplace, double shower, vanity, and TV 🛏️. Bedroom 2 is a fun bunk room with two twin bunks 🛌, while Bedroom 3 offers a queen bed—all with lake-view decks.

Dogs are welcome with approval from management with a pet fee per pet. This will be paid separately through Airbnb.

Parking is for 4 vehicles (depending on the size of your vehicles) No street parking is allowed per county rules. Do not block the neighbor’s driveway or park in the neighbor’s driveway.

The BBQ is propane.

This is a quiet neighborhood and we ask that guests follow the house rules and quiet hours. Any guest in violation of the house rules will be subject to removal from the home and responsible for any fines incurred by management and the county.
