Kitchen stocked with every conceivable utensil and condiment. Nice new bamboo counter tops. Bathroom is clean but a little worse for the wear and tear. Hardwood floors, ceiling fans. Lots of original artwork on the walls.
House was featured on HGTV's "What's With THAT House?" in February, 2006. Site of numerous tapings, parties, seders, weddings, special events and displays. Site of the Austin's annual Flag Day Parade & Celebration (June 14th). A very "Keep Austin Weird" household.
House is home to one small Siamese cat, Emma, who will probably just sniff at you and then ignore you. Sorry, no pets allowed. (Emma put her paw down.) No smoking in the house. Deposit, references and a good vibe kindly requested.

Hyde Park! Austin's original 'suburb.' Nice neighborhood right in the middle of Austin. Lotsa' cool little stores and parks and 'Keep Austin Weirdness.'
A bit away from the DT/6th/Capital madness. Straight shot down Red River to downtown. Striaght shot down Airport Blvd to the airport.
Hyde Park is VERY central to most/all of Austin. 10-12 minutes to D/T and airport.
Light rail! Buses with bike racks. Uber and Lyft and Yellow Cab.

Covered motorcycle and automobile parking for up to three cars and >eight bikes! Off street and safe.
