Nick was a super host and made our stay very pleasant. When dealing with a personal emergency, he was extremely helpful.
We enjoyed our short stay at Nick's. The apartment is clean and very well located, at a 5 min walking distance from the historic centre of Waterford. Nick was welcoming and we recommend this place if you want to explore the South East of Ireland.
Nick was a most welcoming host with ideas on where to eat, things to see and where to find music. The space was just right for our small family. Unfortunately, the house, though charming, had a bit of mildew on sheets and towels. This did not bother my family, but did bother me. We had to leave after one night, rather than stay for two. Nick was understanding and apologetic. My guess is that he will remedy the situation the best he can as soon as possible. A beautiful old house in a great location, but old houses in wet places can sometimes have a trace of mold here and there. It wouldn't bother most people.
