Thanks to Nicholas for welcoming us to his apartment in Waterford. The location was terrific, as it was less than a 10 minute walk to the city of Waterford and the attractions of the triangle. Tesco would be a 2 minute walk allowing us to eat in. The only concern was the flights of stairs with the suitcases which Nicholas offered to assist. We loved Waterford and would certainly return. Many thanks Nicholas for having us stay.
The is the second time I stayed with Nicholas. The flat is really nice, one of the best I have stayed in. The only draw-back is the wifi, which isnt great.
Nick was more than the perfect host. He went out of his way to make our weekend in Waterford comfortable and memorable. The accommodations were great. It was a quiet neighborhood but within in very easy walking distance of the historic district, shopping, and dining. And Nick provided us with excellent information and recommendations.
Nick was a lovely host. The apartment is large and very comfortable with everything you need. The flat is in a lovely old townhouse and is close to the city centre and also a nice park. The highlight was going to a local pub that holds traditional music sessions, where Nick plays bass.
Nick is a relaxed host, check-in was quick and smooth. The listing picture and description are accurate, and the apartment is lovely - modern yet rustic and comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing and cooking dinner there. The neighbourhood is quiet and yet only a few minutes walk from the museums and viking quarter; we enjoyed the Medieval Museum and Bishops House and the Theatre Royal.
Property was perfect and in an excellent location. Everything you could need and more – both Nick and Pamela made me feel very welcome and I look forward to returning on my next trip to Waterford
Nick made me feel very welcome during my month stay . The apartment is situated very well for the city and its not far to walk back after a couple of pints of Guinness and listening to Nick perform at a local venue.
