Nicholas’s flat is quiet, clean, bright, and comfortable. It is at the top of an old house within easy walking distance of Waterford City Centre, so shops, restaurants, bars, and museums are all easy to get to. There is a large bedroom and a livingroom/ kitchen. Nick himself was friendly and helpful when we had questions but otherwise left us to ourselves. I would very happily stay here again the next time I’m in Waterford.
Me and my family enjoyed staying at Nick's place. The apartment is well and nice equipped. Nick is a great and helpful host. The location is really good. Pubs, Shops and the city centre are just around the corner. Great place.
We stayed in this luxury apartment with our 20 months old daughter, it is in an ideal location by the park and close to the city center. The apartment is calm and peaceful and very well equipped and great parking.
I am very happy that I could use Nick's accommodation offer. Everything I saw in photos has coincided with actual situation. The attic apartment was very comfortable, clean and maintained.
Nick, thank you very much for your hospitality you have given me!!!
Waterford is a great destination and I can highly recommend.
Thanks Nick and have a nice days
The apartment was in a perfect location, tastefully decorated, warm and inviting. I really enjoyed my stay there, and Nicholas was the perfect host. I can highly recommend this as a place to stay in Waterford.
When I 1st walked in I had my reservations about there being no private entrance to the flat we had rented. But once seeing the place & meeting Nick I had no concerns. It was clean, cute & had all the amenities we needed (wifi, comfy beds, towels, etc.) This was my first fine using AirBNB & I can say with certainty that I'll be using it again. I would recommend this location. Cozy & close to everything.
We were happy with Nick's place. It was clean and quiet and handy to the facilities of the city centre. Bed was comfortable. Parking was convenient. There are three flights of stairs to be negotiated so that could be a factor for some. The wifi worked - too often a problem in Ireland.
