This family accommodation, both quiet, surrounded by trees and close to all amenities, is ideally located for a holiday in the south! The house has been completely renovated + 2024 pool! Everything is new, practical and friendly. Access to La Ciotat beaches and port on foot (15 min). Single-storey house with 4 bedrooms (3 double beds, 1 children's bedroom) Duct air conditioning! Different spaces/outdoor atmospheres very pleasant, in the sun or in the shade

The space
Ideal accommodation for 4/6 adults (maximum) and 2 children. Large living room of about 60 m2 with beautiful open kitchen. The rooms are separated by a large hallway: at the end there is a "master suite" with king size bed and its bathroom (bathtub and toilet), then two simpler bedrooms with double beds, and a children's room with a cabin bed, finally a bathroom with bathtub + shower. Duct air conditioning in all rooms. Fully renovated accommodation! The exterior is very pleasant with its 3 different spaces: the pool area - relaxation - children's games (large trampoline!) / aperitif area - barbecue / dining area. There is an above-ground pool (which is self-managed), a real barbecue + a "Weber". Possibility to do anything on foot between 10 and 15 minutes
