The space
The house is ideal for 2/3 families: it has 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in the upper floor and 2 rooms and 1,5 bathrooms in the ground floor. Big and cozy living room with balcony and fireplace; garden with barbecue and dinner/recreation area.

The rooms are divided by 3 doubles and 3 twins. The house is prepared for a normal maximum capacity of 12 people (possible to receive up to 13 by adding 1 extra bed to one bedroom).

The kitchen/house is equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils: 2 fridges, stove/oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machines (Nespresso, filter and moka pot), toaster, mixer, blender and others.

Located in Santana, it's 5 min away from Sesimbra village and 40-45 minutes from Lisbon (by car). There is also a bus stop less than 1 min (by foot) away from the house which has direct connection to Lisbon (around 50 minutes), Sesimbra and other locations around.

Guest access
The guests will have full access to the house, unless the garage and one room used for storage. When the house is booked for less than 7 persons, 3 rooms will be locked, if the booking is made for 7-8 persons, 2 of the rooms will be locked, if booking is made for 9-10 persons, 1 room will be locked.

Other things to note
Bookings of more than 1 week have the option to ask for cleaning (inc. change of towels/linen) in the middle of the stay, in this case there'll be an extra fee (to be agreed with the host).

Walk to the farmers' market and make yourself a meal in the fully equipped kitchen.

At night have a cocktail in the different bars all along Sesimbra beach.
