Welcome to our luxurious adults-only compound on Holbox's quiet and exclusive north shore.

Enjoy ultimate relaxation in our private second-floor west-facing room with a queen bed, rain shower, balcony, safe box and mini fridge— and included every other day housekeeping! With direct beach access, sink your toes into the sand and savor the ocean. Our kitchen, garden, and pool are shared spaces.

On occasion, you can connect with fellow travelers.

The space
The room is on the second floor amongst treetops with northwest exposure, and its own separate, private entrance.

The second-floor rooms are furnished with a queen-sized bed, shower, closet, a mini-fridge, a safe, a balcony, and a built-in desk with stools. This room specifically has a view of the sunrise through the windows. All our rooms come equipped with AC and Wifi. Please note our guest rooms do not have TVs, and we are an adult-only space.

Our rooms include every other day housekeeping.

The main house does have stunning ocean views from the garden and the elevated pool area. The main house interiors are closed to guests.

Guest access
All our guests are welcome to enjoy our infinity pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ grill in the main house (The main house itself will be closed). Guests can also make use of the shared kitchen on the ground floor, equipped with a large refrigerator, dining table, and everything you would need. Potable drinking water will be available for you in the kitchen.

Bikes:
There are 6 bikes on the property that guests are free to use.

Pool:
Guests are welcome to use our infinity pool & jacuzzi at the main house.

Kitchen:
Guests have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen and drinking water.

BBQ:
Guests are welcome to use the BBQ on our lanai.

Boards:
We have two paddle boards and two kayaks guests are welcome to use.

Housekeeping:
Our rooms include every other day housekeeping.


Our kitchen, garden, and outdoor pool area are shared spaces. On the rare occasion that other guests are present, you'll have the opportunity to connect with fellow travelers.
We take great care to ensure that any overlapping guests are limited, allowing for a peaceful and intimate atmosphere during your stay.

Other things to note
There are two lovely caretakers living on-site who will welcome you to your room. They speak Spanish but are used to communicating with visitors via a translator app.
