Our place is in the Seattle’s newest and greenest community, built in 2012. The building and just opened up, so you will be one of the first people to live in it!. You will have access to all common amenities in the building, which includes a well-appointed modern gym, a yoga room and the rooftop deck. The rooftop deck is special because it has the most beautiful 360 degree views of Seattle downtown, lake union, queen anne and capitol hill. The deck has a sound system and BBQ grills, if you want to enjoy a sunny day.
The building is in a very centrally-located, safe and cozy part of the city. The area is very quiet and you will not hear any street noise in the apartment. However, there is so much to do just a few blocks away. There is a wonderful variety of restaurants, local coffee shops, and bars within a three blocks radius. There is a 24 hours open QFC 2 blocks away. And just 5 blocks aways is Seattle Center, the cultural center of Seattle. We have maps, guidebooks, and brochures handy for our guests to explore the city.
If you work at Amazon or Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. you will love walking to work everyday!
The neighborhood is also very well connected to the rest of Seattle, with ample number of buses. If you have a car, you can get on WA-99 just 2 blocks away. If you want a car for short travels, we highly recommend Zipcar. There are Zipcars right outside the building.
It is a No Smoking Building, so we will expect you to respect that.
Parking : There is plenty of paid and free street parking available in the vicinity. There is also a paid parking lot which charges $5-$8
Rooftop Desk, Fitness Center
Our apartment is in a No Smoking Building. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the apartment and the building. This includes open areas like the balcony and the rooftop-deck.
If we find evidence of smoking, we will have to ask you to vacate the premises immediately. We will also impose a fine of $100.
Great host, Easy coordinating with sid. Qfc two blocks away and 5mins drive to pike market and shopping district. Would definitely stay again
I discovered this apartment while looking for a place to stay for a few days on short notice. Sid responded promptly and even hustled to accommodate an early check-in. I wanted a space that was clean, simple and quiet for some meditation and contemplation... sort of a blank canvas if you will, and this apartment suited my needs perfectly. The main living space receives lots of natural light and with the table repositioned along the wall and the area rug rolled up the room feels very spacious and airy. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future. Thank you Sid!
We loved Sid's spot in Seattle! A great location, walkable to great restaurants and tourist destinations; we couldn't have enjoyed his place more. Sid was easy to communicate with, quick to respond to our messages, and flexible in arranging an early check-in time so we could be free to roam about the city unencumbered by our suitcases. A great experience overall!
The location of this apartment was fantastic. (Supermarket a couple blocks away, as well as so much more.) You could see the beautiful views that Seattle has to offer. I definitely recommend taking advantage of the rooftop access. The space needle is gorgeous from the roof. Although we did not park in the parking lot, it was very easy to find parking close to the building. Sid was very friendly and informative- making my visit very easy! He answered all of my questions before I could even ask them. This apartment is very cozy and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
I didn't meet Sid in person but checkin & checkout were easy.
I stayed here one night on my arrival and thank god I just reserved here for a night.
There was no shampoo so I had to wash my hair with soap. Wifi didn't work, heater didn't work, sheets & comforter smelled HORRIBLE and most importantly he didn't get back to me until the next day. We slept with our socks & padding jackets.
This is open bedroom so you hear all the sounds. Door & refrigator is right next to the bed so you wouldn't be able to get a good night sleep here.
You were trying to contact me at 11:30 at night when I was in bed and you had already informed me you checked in fine and everything was okay. I stayed up to make sure I could answer any questions you had and tried to make sure you were as accommodated as possible. When you informed me that you wanted extra blankets I bought you more. I also do provide shampoo and put on fresh sheets myself! The wifi was working perfect when I tested it the next day and the room does indeed get very hot with both heaters on. You are my first guest to complain about either heat or noise.
Sid's place was comfortable, clean and quiet, all things I was looking for just for 1 night. I had just moved out of my apartment in Portland and was ready to move into my new apartment in Seattle the next day. My dog and I got in late, around 9pm but the check-in process was seamless and communication between the host was always easy. The neighborhood was safe for my dog and I to walk around even late at night. In the morning, we found a great coffee place that allowed dogs. It looks like there are some fun bars and restaurants just a few blocks away and the Space Needle couldn't be closer!
