Close to RDU International Airport, Downtown Raleigh, trendy North Raleigh, the warehouse district, and a little further Durham.

Interaction with Guests
We give you plenty of privacy and enjoy visiting with our guests as time and opportunity permits. Cyn's mom, Irma, has a bedroom on the first floor and is usually home during the day.
It is close to everything! Walk to restaurants, gym, coffee shops, shopping and even the library.
The bus stop is across the street. We do not recommend using Raleigh's public transit as a reliable and convenient way to get around. You will need a vehicle/car.
Other Things to Note
Because we do long stays we are aware that to keep our property nice, cleaning is needed more often. We are happy to wash sheets/towels every other Saturday if you leave them in the laundry room. We will return to you and you can make your bed on your own. We recommend you vacuum your space and clean the bathroom every couple of weeks. Supplies are in the laundry room and also under your sink. If you don't wish to clean just let us know and we will do this for you. The extra cleaning fee will be added to your final bill.
Our house is your house. Be considerate and kind. Leave it in the same condition you arrive. We do everything we can to be sure you feel comfortable. If it is too hot/cold tell us. If a noise is bothering you, tell us. If you need more space for your stuff, tell us. Everyone's needs are different and we live here too, so communication is key. We aim for 5 star reviews.
I had a wonderful stay at Cyn and Irma's! The room was clean and comfortable and Irma is a wonderful and welcoming host. The only thing I wish I had been warned prior to my stay is that another room in the home is being rented out as well, so there is a possibility of another tenant. Otherwise it was a great stay!
I had a very nice and comfortable time in Cyn's home. There are many wonderful paintings on the wall and a lot of cute stuff in the room. The bathroom is very clean and nice, like in a great hotel. The room itself looks like a room for the princess - beautiful decoration, cute bed stuff and spacious desk and shelf with so many books. Cyn and the family treats me very well. No bad impression at all. Very recommended for other people for whatever reasons living there. :)
Cyn and Larry are such great hosts! They were both so courteous to me and would offer advice on local attractions, ask me about my day, and just chat about life. The bedroom and private bathroom were clean, well-furnished, comfortable, and made me feel at home for the entirety of my month-long stay. We even cooked a meal together one night and got to I could not have imagined a better scenario for my temporary stay!
My stay with Cyn and Larry was great. They are warm and kind people and made me feel at home right away. My room had everything I needed for my trip, including fast internet. Will request to stay with them again in the future!
One of my best airbnb stays! Cyn was very accommodating! The bed was very comfortable and the location was great!
Very close to any shopping you may need and VERY close to the mall.
I would definitely stay there again!

About the Host, Cyn
I'm a fun artsy type that likes to travel and meet new people. I am interested in relationships and I invest time and energy into making sure I see my special friends in their home town, mine or in a new destination. I like touring galleries, shops, architecture and finding fun spots to eat, the funkier the better.
I'm laid back and love conversation fringing on ideas, thoughts, and world views. I think everyone has an interesting story to tell and I enjoy hearing it told in their own voice.
Some of my favorite mottos are: "Life's Uncertain, Eat Dessert First" & "Everything in Moderation."
This is where I go to work virtually with good wifi. Craft made coffee, they are super serious about coffee, the owners name is Mike. They serve light lunch items that are very yummy.
We love this casual place for Mexican food.
Good Italian food, we love to get pizza here.
Casual place for evening cocktails, dinner. Great for brunch and lunch too!
Another great Mexican place. Super authentic. Get here early, extremely busy. They have other locations in town as well.
