In one of the original garden pavilions, two luxury suites have been opened to guests. These conversions offer a quiet and private space to savour the Tuscan lifestyle. Although skilfully designed around its original features, complimenting the surrounding buildings, the rustic guesthouse contains a wealth of modern features. Guests can enjoy the use of their own cooking and dining facilities, living room and a private garden with a hot, open-air jacuzzi. The guesthouse can comfortably accommodate four people in two suites.
This charming and elegant pavilion is situated within the estate of Villa di Geggiano. Recently renovated, the pavilion contains new and modern amenities combined with contemporary furnishings. This property is an ideal retreat for travelers who want to spend some days far from the crowd in this exclusive location.
The Pavilion has a total capacity of 4 persons but it has been designed to be easily divided into two independent suites.
Each of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with bath tub and separate shower, there are two more bathrooms off the kitchen and living room. All of the bathrooms are modern and finely designed as the entire Pavilion, that has been completely refurbished by one of the Italian leading architects with the direct collaboration of the owner.
This property has a high level of modern facilities such as wi-fi Internet access SAT TV, air-conditioning and heating. Outdoors the well manicured garden and olive groves offer pleasant surroundings and al fresco dining in the Pavilion private garden.
The private outdoor Jacuzzi (measuring 3x4m. can be both hot and cold water) built in an ancient stone basin and placed under the garden’s trees offers the perfect relief after a day exploring the countryside.
The owner’s villa and its gardens are a National Heritage property and the organic vineyards produce 50,000 bottles a year of Chianti Classico and Tuscan IGT.

We just returned from a very short stay at Villa di Geggiano. We fell head over heels in love with the villa the moment we started driving up the magical drive-way to the house. it's totally something out of a movie or a book, It's so beautiful, the photos honestly don't do it any justice. Their son Gregorio helped us find the house as we were hopelessly lost, he even drove to meet us from where we were. He also gave us an amazing tour of their house, telling us the history behind every painting and family heirloom. Gregorio also helped us start the fireplace by picking wood from the grounds as it was a chilly night. The guesthouse far exceeded our expectation as it was very modern yet very Tuscan and warm. I'm already planning our next vacation at the villa, i would highly recommend it to anyone.
We stayed 4 nights at Villa di Geggiano on our Honeymoon. The pictures could not be more accurate - it's beautiful. As long as you are willing to do a little bit of driving (about a 15 minute drive into the heart of Siena) it is the perfect home base in Tuscany! Andrea was a wonderful host - he even shared a bottle of the vineyard's wine! (which was delicious)
Andrea was very easy to communicate with, and even though they could not be there on the day of arrival, their son Gregorio greeted us warmly.
He was quick to assist with directions via text and phone when we got lost. As an aside, the Villa is actually located just outside of Ponte a Bozzone and not Castelnuovo Berardenga as we thought - probably obvious to locals but to a North American traveller who may misunderstand how places are described in address listings, like us, this resulted in us driving 40 minutes more than needed.
The Villa and grounds were as beautiful as the pictures. We even got more than expected on arrival when Gregorio came in with some groceries for the fridge, a bottle of wine and a traditional snack.
The Villa was well located in the wine country, remote enough to feel distanced from the city yet easy access to Siena if you wanted. The closest restaurant came recommended by Gregorio and was so good we went both nights and enjoyed coffee there in the mornings too!
The stay included a tour of the family estate, a national heritage site with a grand history. This private museum was a fantastic addition to our stay and should not be missed. I would most definitely stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend the property to friends.

Amazing! Excellent host, ultra modern facilities, close proximity to Siena, completely private, right in the middle of Chianti country, historic villa.... And it goes on. We are coming back here every time we are in Italy - Period.
We had an unforgettable weekend at Perellino suite!
The guesthouse is an amazing place where having relax, stylishly furnished, with a stunning view over the Tuscanian vineyards. It is situated in the countryside, so great for relax, but it takes only 15 minutes to get to Siena.
Andrea, the host, is one of the most welcoming people I met. Among other things, he has been very helpful with his advice about restaurants and wine cellars to visit. Furthermore, he showed us Villa di Geggiano, the historic monument next to the guesthouse owned by his family for 800 years.
Merveilleux séjour à la Villa Di Geggino.
Un endroit sublime, au calme, au milieu des vignes.
Et une localisation parfaite pour découvrir la région de Sienne.
Nous y retournons sans hésiter.

Hello, I am Andrea, Villa di Geggiano has been the family home and winery of my family, the Bianchi Bandinelli, since 1527.
The Villa is just six kilometres north-east of Siena, its facade looks out onto the enchanting hills of Chianti Classico, a region of Italy world famous for its wines, natural beauty and rich history.
It was originally built in the 14th century and the gardens together with the interiors have been completely renovated and restored at the end of 18th century .
The Bandinelli family continue to manage the Villa and the precious surrounding vineyards and have recently opened two luxury guest suites to holiday visitors wanting to savour the real Tuscan lifestyle.
The Bianchi Bandinelli family welcome visitors as their personal guests and can reserve an array of exclusive entertainment including wine tastings, cultural events, guided tours, private parties and ceremonies.
The Villa has been declared a National Heritage and, in addition to tours of the Villa and it’s gardens, there are a range of activities, events and services nearby, available to visitors during their stay. A long or short visit to the Villa di Geggiano guarantees enjoyment, whether taking a stroll through the century-old cypresses of the landscaped gardens, dining by candle-light, sampling one of our 40,000 bottles of organic wine produced each year.
We can help you in arranging activities like playing tennis, horse riding, or exploring the Tuscan countryside by bicycle, balloon or classic car – the choice is yours.
In nearby Siena, Italy’s classic medieval city, there is an abundance of things to do including the famous Il Palio, a festival and horse race that takes place on the piazza itself and was featured in the James Bond movie Quantum of Solace.
Take a look around our site, fall in love with our elegant home and book your visit with us today. We look forward to seeing you and welcoming you to our 16th-century villa.
