IMPORTANT LAYOUT INFORMATION
The Reverie is a three-level home. Guests staying exclusively on the main floor can enjoy two king suites, 2.5 bathrooms, the kitchen, dining room, two living areas, and the upper deck without navigating interior stairs.
The game room, theater area, additional bedrooms, lower deck, and private hot tub are on the lower level. The home gym and loft bedroom are on the upper level. Because there is one step at the entrance and stairs are required to reach some bedrooms and amenities, the home should not be considered completely wheelchair accessible.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
• A rental agreement must be completed after booking
• One approved, house-trained small dog is permitted with a $175 pet fee per stay
• Additional dogs or larger dogs require prior approval and may incur an additional fee
