Very close (5 minutes walk) to downtown transit hub Burrard Station, where there’s lots of buses and skytrain can take you almost anywhere with one single bus ticket (Airport, Metrotown, Tsawwassen Ferry, Horseshoe Bay Ferry…)

Min's place was great! She was there to show us around and make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend.
Min Li's place was clean, modern, affordable, and centrally located. Above all the whole experience was uncomplicated. Highly recommended.
We spent almost two weeks in Min's apartment and couldn't have been happier. It's perfectly located, big enough for two persons, clean and very well furnished. The interior design was very clever and almost gave the feeling of having a separate bedroom.
Since we had a longer drive, we were unsure when exactly we could get to the apartment. Min managed to get the keys to us beforehand, so we could check in on our own schedule. Turned out this was very fortunate since traffic jams in Downtown Vancouver were plenty throughout our stay.
All in all, the apartment was perfect and Min's organizational talents made our stay free from any troubles. If we get back to Vancouver, we will definitely try to stay with Min again.
Min's place is great -- very convenient and had everything I needed. Just right for one person and she is very very good to deal with -- responsible and responsive. I highly recommend her place. You can walk to Stanley Park, Coal Harbor and even Gas Town very easily.
Min's apartment was ideal for a two person stay in Downtown Vancouver.She was very helpful in getting us sorted out and provided all we could need; including umbrellas for the one wet day we had.
The flat's a handy five minute walk from the shops and restaurants on Robson Street and from the seafront at Coal Harbour. We had a great time and walked our feet off. If we were coming back to Vancouver we'd try to stay here again.
Good value for price. Location is very convenient as it is in central downtown Vancouver. The condo is a 5-8 minute walk to the Skytrain and close to many central bus routes. We were able to walk to free shuttles which take you to local attractions such as: Grouse Mountain, and the Capilano Suspension Bridge. Great shopping and restaurants are all nearby. The flat is 3 minutes from the waterfront on Coal Harbour.
The flat is small, so not recommended for more than 2 people, or two adults and one child.
Check-in and check-out were very easy and hassle-free.
Min's flat is exactly as in the photos, clean, cute and walking distance to many of Vancouver's best attractions. Min is a warm, friendly person who made the experience a pleasure. We would highly recommend Min's flat!
The stay and the comfort of the flat were exactly what we had hoped for. Min met us at the agreed time and kindly took the time to show us around and where things were. She was very welcoming. The flat was very well equiped, exactly as advertised, complete with a full kitchen, a huge fridge, airconditioning, and plenty of space for two. The sheets and blankets were of exceptional quality. The towels were better than most 4 star hotels will provide. And plenty of hangers. The building and the flat were very clean and very quiet. The location in Coal Harbour suited us perfectly; a 15 minute walk to the YMCA, a 10 minute walk to downtown shopping, 20 minutes to English Bay and unliimited places to eat and being Vancouver, unlimited places for good coffee. Without doubt we recommend staying at Min's flat.
Great place and location. Clean and convenient. Not very big, so good as a base of operations for two, but not as a hosting site. But when you're in Vancouver, who wants to stay inside? Recommended.
Beautiful apartment direct in Downtown, perfect for shopping and sightseeing, the size is perfect for two people and it was very clean. Min was very friendly. If we come back to Vancouver we will stay again in Min´s apartment
