This was the perfect spot for a 2 night stay in Rome. Trastevere has a ton of great restaurants, bars, and other must-see attractions. Although the neighborhood is quite lively, the apartment is very quiet. Only comment is that the bed is somewhat difficult to navigate around. Other than that, it was a perfect stay and would highly recommend it.

Extremely clean, neat, safe and organized. Very modern space with great AC system in a lively neighborhood. Super close to many delicious restaurants. Maria even left us an anniversary gift! Such a nice and sweet touch. Would absolutely stay and recommend this place.

This is the perfect stay in Rome! Within walking distance of dozens of restaurants, cafes, trattorias, bars, gelaterias. Trastevere is like being in a movie, with lots of beautiful old alleys, with restaurants frequented by locals. And best of all, not expensive when compared to central Rome. Please don't tell anyone how great this neighborhood is, so it stays as it is. Maria's apartment is amazing, very comfortable, with AC, which comes in handy when Rome's temperature rise to 40 degrees Celsius. Maria is very responsive and you get almost inmediate responses to any questions you might have. Easy check-in, easy checkout. Really the perfect stay in Rome!

Maria's place was very nice, nicer than some of the hotels we stayed at during our vacation! So clean, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, and a welcoming AC for the 104F heat! We loved that we could do some laundry here too, we had fresh clothes for the long plane ride home! This apartment is in Trastevere, which is a really cute, hip part of town. We visited several bars and good restaurants. It wasn't very close to city center and we did need to cab to and from but we had seen many of the Roman sites at the beginning of our trip. Was nice to relax in a different area of town.

I believe that travelling has the power to heal, energize and improve the world, and I’m proud to be a part of this community.

I was born in Rome and raised in Pompeii as both my parents are archaeologists. I moved back to Rome 18 years ago.
My interests are travels, food, photography, foreign languages and my favorite hobby is home design and interior decorating, I enjoy anything creative!
I love Italian, Japanese, Russian and Greek food, I also like to cook.
Travel is definitely my biggest passion and it has taken me and my husband Federico to about twenty countries along the five continents.
When I travel, I look for places that are not ultra touristy. I want to experience the restaurants and bars that the locals know and love.
I'm hoping that you seek the same. I can recommend some really cool places and things to see/eat/do if you'd like.
I absolutely love Rome and I am the biggest ambassador for it. I love to welcome people to this great city so they can share the love that I have for it as well!
I've had some amazing people from all over the world stay at my place and look forward to hosting you.

See you soon in Rome!
