Nice, cozy and comfy studio flat entirely independent with full kitchenette and private bathroom in the city center adjacent to the Arch of Peace in Sempione Park, to the Arena, the Castello Sforzesco and the Triennial. 15 minutes from Piazza del Duomo and Piazza della Scala on foot. It 's a good opportunity to visit or live on the cheap Milan enjoying all the comforts of a fully furnished apartment. Please note that it is a NON SMOKING AREA therefore it is not allowed to smoke even in the balcony as other guests may be annoyed by the smoke grazie!

It consists of a bright room, bathroom with shower, kitchenette with fridge and electric stove, fully equipped for cooking. The house is equipped with all the essentials: bed linen (sheets, towels) is calm and silent. From the balcony you can see the Alps that surround the great Milan (sun permitting).
For those who love jogging or walking outdoors, crossing the street, you reach the Parco Sempione large green lung in the center of Milan. In the evening, down in the square, you find yourself in the middle of the "night life" of Corso Sempione/Arch of Peace in Milan, and in just a few minutes walk to Corso Como and in the beautiful Brera area.
Downstairs there are many shops, bakeries, pastry shops, bars and two supermarkets within walking distance. There are restaurants, pizzeria restaurant or take away at a reasonable price (which, if you wish, bring home dinner or lunch).

  • Silvia was awesome host! Her flat is really nice and very clean! I fully recomend this accomodation!

  • The accomodation is great, we especially appreciated the wonderfull location near the parc Sempione. It´s only a couple of minutes from the very center. The flat was clean, cosy, everything was just like in the description. Only one unfortunate thing was, that because of our delayed flight, we didn´t have a chance to meet Silvia personnaly. Hopefully next time, Silvia. We certainly recommend.

  • I had a very good experience. Silvia as an excellent communicator. She was patiently waiting at the apartment for my arrival. She had useful practical tips for my short stay, in regards to public transport and eating (including a useful map). She was anxious about the elevator, but I didn't have any problems with it. Wifi was fast and reliable. Mosquitoes at night were annoying - I should bring repellant to northern Italy next time. The location was very convenient. It was a 15 minute (fast) walk across the park to Milano Cadorna for the express airport train.

    On a adoré Milan, merci!

    May 2014
  • Silva not only provided great accommodations she was (email hidden)e provided maps and recommendations for nearby attractions and places to get good food. She even provided umbrellas for the brief rain we experienced. Leading up to our trip and during our stay she was a great communicator.

She left clear instructions for finding the place. The unit was clean, had great art work hung and the 8th floor views (don't worry there is an elevator) provided great views of the city and distant mountains. Nice strong water pressure in the shower. It's located close to public transportation and a terrific public park. The neighborhood is a great hip location. Would stay there again.

  • Silvia (email hidden), though I haven't met her, as we stayed only for one night. But she was very supporting by mobile phone. Thank you, Silvia!
The apart is small, but cosy and there is enough space for two people. It was very clean, what was very important to me, and it had everything we needed.
The area is very quiet and safe. There are some amazing cafes next door, so you can easily have an early breakfast or a late dinner. Also it is very close to Duomo, and there is a marvelous park.
I enjoyed staying there and would definitely come back!

  • The apartment was very nice and in a great location. Silvia was very
helpful and easily accessible. The apartment has everything you need
to have a pleasant stay in Milan. It is very close to the park (<5 min
walk), and a 20 min walk to the Duomo. It was a truly great apartment
to stay in. I would do it again.
