Great for travel nurses and professionals or those wanting to go see a concert at Walnut Creek, Red Hat, and more! Located 2.5 miles from 40. Perfect for anyone headed to RTP.

Spacious basement area with large tv, private bathroom and private bedroom. Small refrigerator available.

Guest access
Private entrance in the back of the townhouse entering into the basement. Will send you your code upon arrival. Basement door is locked going into the main house. If needed you can access basement from front of house via a code as well. Let me know if there are any special needs.

Other things to note
No smoking allowed inside or outside in my property. Cameras located outside in the front and back.
