labella has a wonderful bnb. each room has a private entrance and my room was decorated so nicely. a real treat was that there was a separate kitchen and large dining area for guests to use - and breakfast foods included yogurt, bacon and eggs. thanks for your warm hospitality Isabella. diane
My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at Villa Rome B&B. It is located outside the city. The Ottavia train station ( not to be confused with the Ottaviano metro station near the Vatican) is conveniently about 500 feet from the B&B. It took us about 45 minutes to get into Rome by train, then metro. Our room was very clean and cozy. The breakfast was good and filling. Isabelle gave us plenty of information on how to get around Rome. We would definitely stay there again.
We had a terrific stay. We felt very welcome, and got good information concerning how to get to Rome etc.
We took the opportunity to eat several finners prepared by the family, and that was a very Nice experience and furthermore very reasonable :-)
We warmly recommend a stay with Isabella and her family :-))
Isabella and her husband were SO HELPFUL!! My flight arrived really late, near midnight, and my departure flight left Rome super early. Both times were not an inconvenience for Isabella and her husband, with them picking me up and dropping me back off to the airport with no hassle. I could never thank them enough for my stay while in Rome!
When we arrived, paolo was helping the geusts leaving with their vehicle. He did not had jjmp cables, so he called a friend and while waiting, he took the battery out of his car and put it in the geusts vehicle to get it started! Upon arrival they gave us metro maps with info that we used everyday. Their hluse is ablock from the ottavio station. Also in that vicinity their is a pizza place that was very inexpensive and tasty! This was the first bed and breakfast we stayed at and everyone was very happy with it. The rooms had air conditioning and were very nice. Also, we took a dip in the pool daily after our travels. We have a small dog and it was no problem for him to run around in the yard while we swam. Isabella also helped us out with laundry( the washing machine is just upstairs). My wife said if we go back to rome, she wants to stay there again. Thanks isabella and paolo for a great stay!!!!
