The Bed and Breakfast is situated in a newly renovated villa,in north west of rome,100 metres from FM3 metro station(10 minutes from St.Peter's).
The atmosphere of the house is warm and familiar.Italian breakfast is served in a special room in winter, in the warm season in the porch outside. A nice garden surrounds the house.
All kinds of shop are nearly and the area is well connected to the city either bus or train.
Extra faciliities: transfer to and from Fiumicino Airport for 3 pax at 40 euros; laundry service, bikes and scholl of....italia cooking!
The best thing about our stay was Isabella. She is just wonderful, goes out of her way to be helpful, she even came and rescued us when our GPS got us hopelessly lost. I forgot my camera charger and she mailed it to us at no additional expense. She is just wonderful
The room was very nice, clean and well appointed, there is a washer on site that comes in very handy if you are on an extended vacation. Free parking is available on site and wifi worked well. The metro is just a short block away and travel into Rome is very easy. Breakfast is self serve and there are plenty of options, even eggs if you don't mind fixing them yourself.
Our only complaint is that the bathroom was very tiny and a bit hard to manuver in.
I and my girlfriend have spent 12 days at Isabella's place. The host were very polite, very helpful and really nice to us. Every problem and need were solved very quickly.
I definitely can recommend this villa for everyone who need bed&breakfast in Rome.
Our room wasn't big, but there was enough space for us to stay. The bed was new and cosy. It was chilly at night (September), but Isabella gave us the warm blanket and we were okay! The breakfast is nice, we could have eggs and bacon, cereals, yogurt, coffee and much more.
There is a small nice garden with the pool and a table outside where it was nice to seat and enjoy italian wine.
You can hear neighbours talking in your room as walls are not too thick. But as everyone was polite, there is no big problem because of that.
The train station is really close to the villa, so getting to the center is fast.
I'd like to thank Isabella and Paolo and recommend their villa to everyone.
Thank you very much for all!!! Everything was super! Super clean and nice rooms
This August we spend during our 2 weeks in Rome a really nice and great time in Isabella and Paolo home.
This is a great place to be, very close to railway station (less than 200m) with a direct connection to center of Rome in less than 20'.
Isabella and Paolo are very kind and they are very thoughtful for every things for your comfort and to permit you to have a very pleasant stay in their home.
The swimming pool is perfect to go after a long and nice day to visit Rome.
Breakfast is really great.
It is also really great to get fresh air (air conditioning) in your bedroom when outside temperature is more than 36°C..
We surely come back in Rome in near future and in that case first place we will request to be will be in this place.
Isabella and Paolo have a lovely house conveniently located near the Ottavia regional train stop (it's about 40-50 mins to the Spanish Steps, you just have to change stations at Aurelia) and the N6 late night bus drops you off one block away from the B&B. Isabella was very nice and accommodating even when I arrived near midnight and needed a place to park my rental car, and needed to do a load of laundry. I would recommend their B&B to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in Rome near public transportation. There's on-site parking for one car, and there's even a large overground pool in the backyard. Decent self-serve breakfast area. The pizza place up the street towards the train station serves generous individual pizzas for €4-6 euros, and the fruttiferia across the street is very friendly. If you're coming to Rome and don't mind taking public transportation, this is the perfect place for you. Enjoy and say hello to Isabella and Paolo for me!
Merci Isabella pour votre accueil, votre villa est un véritable hâvre de paix après une journée touristique à Rome, nous regrettons juste le peu de transport en commun passé 22h00 pour rejoindre Ottavia. Marie et Stéphane.
