I ask simply that you leave the apartment as you found it!
If you use dishes, to wash them, take trash out, keep the apartment tidy and with respect as your own.
Amalia was easy to deal with and quick to respond to emails. Great, cozy home in a terrific area of Paris. We were able to walk to pretty much everything we wanted to do.
Listing description is accurate and the apartment is pretty. Only gripe was the stale air and tiny shower (which was just enough for a 160cm/5"3 girl like me). Most of the appliances were dirty/old, the showerhead had some kind of mold on it, hairdryer was full of dust etc. But we loved the loft bed concept and the seating area.
this is an amazingly located, very charming studio, beautifully decorated and very tastefully renovated - everything works well! it is a studio, but for Paris standard, it is actually very spacious. I totally recommend for a couple and would definitely rent it again myself, if I ever need a cosy place to stay in Paris again.
Wonderful space in a great location. Can't imagine a more cozy stay. Would have been nice to have access to more kitchenwares for preparing tea or coffee. But that's a minor point. I would stay here again without further reservation.
Loved the apartment and the location!! We were able to walk everywhere :)) Thank you so much Amalia for having the apartment fixed in time for our stay!!! We enjoyed it!!!
Great Location great flat Amalia was was ever so helpful would definitely book again
The apartment is very nice and as it looks in the pictures. It is in a good central location near several metro stations. We enjoyed our stay a lot.
However, there are a few negatives:
1. There is no curtain or blinds to cover the window in the living area. This is the area that is used the most and where you will get changed due to the low ceiling on the bedroom level. It's not nice knowing that everyone can see in to the apartment.
2. All of the wardrobes and drawers have been taped/chained up so there is no hanging space. I guess this is because Amalia uses the apartment when she is in Paris, but she shouldn't rent it out if there isn't enough space for people to put their belongings when staying there.
Other than that the apartment is clean, well decorated and comfy.
I have traveled around the world a large part of my life, to England, New York, and finally Montreal for university where I studied cello performance at McGill.
I have now been living in Paris for the past 6 years, where I completed my fashion design studies. I then worked for Yves Saint Laurent in jewelry design and then for Sharon Wauchob. I am currently in New York.
If you have any questions in regards to the apartment, don't hesitate to contact me. I am happy to advise you on Paris activities when I have the time available.
