Clean and nice room. Helpful and friendly Reception Staff, they always smiling. Good breakfast. It's not far to city centre, only 15-20 minuts walk.
The booking with Ivan was really nice and fast. Best Regards.
A far cry from the "entire apartment" we were searching for on airbnb but nonetheless as described. Our room was small (normal size for a European hotel) on the top floor (i.e. slanted roof with little head room and a skylight window), so would suggest requesting a room on another floor if possible.
We obviously made an assumption based on the "entire apartment" tag, but note that there are no cooking or cleaning facilities available with this room. As with any hotel, don't have your clothes washed through them - hunt down a laundromat. We made this mistake and we were charged over €50 by the hotel for a couple of regular sized loads.
All of the staff were very pleasant and eager to help us with directions etc. Also, breakfast is average - go out and get your own.
Dear Matt, thank you for staying at my hotel) I am sorry for the misunderstanding that may have occurred while your booking. However, I am happy that you got a chance to enjoy a stay in a hotel, so in future you could also enjoy our apartments with a special discount for our returning guests) I am awfully sorry for the complications with laundry, if you told me earlier I could deal with that issue (( Also I will be glad to hear your suggestions about the breakfast, so we can improve it! I passed your kind words to my staff - they were happy to hear it! I hope that overall you enjoyed your vacation and once again I will be happy to see you at my apartments!! :))
Good location, excellent staff, great communication.
All of the staff in the hotel are the definition of excellence. They greet you always with a smile and are eager to help at all time. We came in early and they have a room for us and make us feel welcome. Traveled with my pet and was no problem. There's a park a bloq away and she loves it.
Is really close to the train station I Pavlova (sorry for the spelling) and it just two stop away from the main train station. You can rely on public transportation and the hotel staff will help you find your location.
Breakfast was good, the rooms are modern with cable and Internet access, and they have tons of information at the front desk of places of interest.
So if you coming to Prague definitely I recommend it. Looking forward to come back and I won't look another place.
Dear Nelson! I can't keep smiling, while reading this wonderful review! I am so glad that you and your lovely pet loved your stay at my property) You are welcome to write me, if planning your next trip to Prague) I will be pleased to help you with any questions :) Best wishes! )
Our stay was quite nice. It is a good hotel with a good breakfast. Not that much central but since we like walking it was not a problem for us. I can recommend it.
Although we didn't get to meet Ivan, his communication with us was always so prompt. The only room available at our time of booking was the smallest room in the hotel, and Ivan agreed to our request for a reduction in price.
Our "small" room was very cosy and catered to all our needs. Ivan even emailed us during our stay to make sure we were happy with everything
A special word about the Reception Staff - they were most cheerful and extremely helpful, always with a welcoming smile, which helped chase away the "rain blues"......we were there during the floods!
The only negative was the breakfast, it wasn't anything special.r
Dear Mike, I am glad to hear nice words about my property and my staff) It is a great pleasure that we managed to create warm atmosphere for you at the hotel! Hope, that you had enjoyable stay, despite the floods. I would love to host you in Prague again during better weather :)
Good location, nice and clean rooms, great value for money
