Riad Yamina is a traditional Moroccan house spread over three floors and built around an open central courtyard. The main courtyard with its eating area, salon and two guest suites provides a tranquil spot for a moment of reflection by the pool with a glass of mint tea. The beautifully curved black and white tiled stairs takes you on a journey of discovery to the first floor where you will find the library with its open fire and four more wonderfully designed and decorated suites including one with its own Juliette balcony. The journey continues upward to the third and final floor, which is adorned with a beautiful ornately carved cupola, leading you to the roof terrace and the exquisitely designed Meyer suite enclosed within its own sun bathed private balcony.
We rent out individual rooms as well as the whole Riad bookings

The Yasmin Riad is a perfect place to be in the heart of the Medina in Marrakesh. It is beautifully decorated, clean and has a very peaceful atmosphere. The staff is kind and greatly helpful. Five minutes walk to the main square , it is really centrally located. The breakfast which is included is a feast for the eyes and the stomach. Our room was large and the bed was extremely comfortable .We highly recommend this Riad and will be happy to return shortly
We had a wonderful time in Marrakech, including and thanks to our stay at Riad Yamina. The staff there were extremely kind and helpful. The food was also lovely and we were always well supplied with quality breakfasts, tea, and snacks. The place is also beautiful, as the photos attest to. The roof terrace especially.
We loved this place! Yamina and her staff were wonderful - helpful and ever attentive and the food, atmosphere and decor was outstanding. The room and bathroom was made absolutely spotless every day. There was ample hot water and all the luxuries you could ever wish for. It was like being private guests in a very exclusive house party. The location is fantastic for shopping and far more convenient for most sightseeing than the hotels dotted around the new town. Don't be put off by the fact that the location is in the Medina (market) part of town - it's excellent - but a little intimidating to walk to the first time as the unfamiliar streets are very narrow. Alcohol is not readily available in Medina restaurants but an ice cold beer was always available in our home from home, or a delicious mint tea. No idea what its like here when busy in high season but we were overjoyed with the service and friendliness we received, thank you all so much xx
We were fortunate enough to book a stay at Riad Yamina, and we were blown away by the service we received. Yamina, the riad owner, made us feel as though we were at home...she took care of EVERYTHING we needed....and if ever we return to Marrakesh, there is nowhere else we would consider staying. The food is delicious, the ambiance of the riad is authentic and charming, and best of all...you have a host/guide/advisor/chef at your disposal the entire time during your stay. I could not more enthusiastically endorse Yamina...or the rest of the staff at the riad. If you don't stay here...you'll miss out on what became "our favorite part" of Marrakesh.
We had unforgettable Moroccan experience. We enjoyed to walk tiny streets where you can see how talented are people there. They do a lot of beautiful handcrafts. And for the full experience we were looking for real place to stay close to local people and we found riad Yamina. They are very warm and welcome people. They treat us like we are prince and princes. We had breakfast and dinner almost in the bad.) Thank you Yamina for your hospitality!!!
We greatly enjoyed our stay at Riad Yamina. It is beautifully furnished and the room was very comfortable. We loved relaxing in the courtyard, in the library and on the roof too. Yamina was extremely welcoming and all the staff were very kind and helpful.
Yamina and her team at Riad Yamina could write the handbook on hospitality, friendliness and inn-keeping. Never before have I nor my girlfriend stayed in such a charming and unique place.
From the moment we arrived we felt as if the entire riad was our home and felt so very welcome.Everyone including the guests just seem to be smiling all the time. We stayed in Mimzy Suite, it has a great bed and a great big beautiful cast iron bath tub. The riad is amazing peaceful and quiet when you consider the crazy crowds just 5 minutes away in the medina square. Breakfasts were great and we could have them anytime we wanted. We were lucky enough to spend New Year's in Marrakech and managed to return to the Riad in time to welcome New Year's with Yamina, her colleagues and some guests in the library by the fire. It is a special moment that will not soon be forgotten by us. The team at the riad we also so helpful arranging a tour of the atlas mountains and our taxi ride back to Casablanca airport. Restaurant tip while I am at it…Al Fassia for Moroccan cuisine - it is perfect! You can't go wrong staying here. we would return in a heartbeat. Thank you Yamina and all.
Yamina's riad in marrekech is truly a dream come true. It is everything we could have hoped for and more. She has beautifully renovated this hidden gem and was the friendliest most welcoming person. If not for the beautiful bedroom with en suite bathroom then I would highly recommend staying here for the delicious breakfast on the white terrace away from marrekech's hustle and bustle.
Our stay at Yamina's Riad was lovely. The 2 caretakers were so helpful with planning our side trip and proving info on local activities. They set everything up for us and made our vacation effortless. The last night Yamina stayed at the riad and offered complimentary wine and to have our breakfast ready before we left early the next morning. It was also wonderful having a heated bed since it was quite cool when we made our trip. The place was very clean, and our room was made up everyday. We would love to come back and stay again on future trips to Marrakech.
