This cozy and unique apartment is located in the very heart of Copenhagen, on a quiet sidestreet to the main shopping street. The apartment is on 3rd floor (top floor) in a charming townhouse.
There is one big bedroom with a queensize bed, plenty of space for suitcases etc. and direct access to the big (20 m2) and private terrace.
The livingroom is also very big with 3 m to the ceiling and open to the kitchen. T
The kitchen is large and fully equipped, with seating area for up to 6 persons. All kitchen amenities are included and there is a washing machine in the kitchen.
The bathroom is bright and with separate shower.
Included is high speed internet.
The neighborhood is the very central part of Copenhagen, with the main shoppingstreet with all its stores, cafees and restaurants just around the corner. All the little side streets are also filled with cafees, coffeeshops, bars, boutiques etc.
Transportation is just around the corner, with train and metro at Nørreport and metro at Kings square (Kongens Nytorv) with direct connection to the airport (15 min). There is hardly any need to take busses elsewhere, since you can walk anywhere of interest from here.
I will be available for sightseeing tips and since I have lived in all neighborhoods of Copenhagen, I have great insider tips on anything from gourmet restaurants, clubbing, art exhibitions, fleemarkets etc. etc.
For LGBT visitors, I can provide excellent information on places to go.
Wooden floors and kitchen countertop requires some caution. They are treated with oil, so are resistant, but still there are some restrictions (no shoes indoors, if liquids are spilt (especially colored like coke or redwine) one must clean theese immediately).
Smoking is out on the terrace.
Kristin was a great host and we really enjoyed our vacation in CPH.
We will definitely stay at Kristins place every time we are in CPH.
The apartment was located in a quiet street but just around the corner you would letterly find everything from bars, supermarkets and shopping malls to green areas and museums.
The apartment was very cosy and the rooftop balcony was a delight.
We can strongly recommend Kristin as your host while in CPH.
Fantastic apartment, informative host, and absolutetly perfect location. Look forward to another trip to Copenhagen soon.
This was my first AirBnB experience. Kristin was a wonderful host. She always responded quickly, helped us with directions, suggested great restaurants, and pointed us to a fabulous "hidden" bar (Ruby's). Located in the middle of everything, the apartment is beautiful and spacious. I have already recommended it to two friends. Thank you!
This apartment is really great. Centrally located two steps from the major shopping street. Its located on a quiet side road. The host was very helpful and friendly and I have received some great shopping tips. Anytime again!
The reservation was canceled the day before arrival. This is an automated posting.
I got to Copenhagen and the hotel room was so depressing that I got onto airbnb (why didn't I think of that sooner!!) and within 3 hours had this place. Kristin was extremely responsive, and met me at the apartment. She communicates very well and quickly even though she is a surgeon and extremely busy. There was a problem with the internet Sunday night (when I checked in) and she came over right away to fix it. The apartment itself oozes charm, warmth, and character. It is located a few steps from Cohenhagen's central retail district, stores, restaurants. The small Italian restaurant (Sardinian food) in the basement was a gem. The steep stairs to the top floor will take some getting used to for some people. I would love to go back.
ein schönes apartment mitten im zentrum von kopenhagen mit viel flair. es hat alles was man braucht, um sich wohlzufühlen. wir haben unsere zeit dort sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
danke an kristin und sarah
a very nice apartment with all you need to feel really comfortable. we would come back again.
I am a 30-year old doctor, generally enjoying life. I live in central Copenhagen, in a minimalistic scandinavian yet very cosy home, which I love and care for a great deal. I love to travel, whenever I can, especially to big cities over weekends, to enjoy good food and art.
