This 1oo yr. old plus historic Victorian pet friendly home boasts views of Aspen Mountain, parking, large fenced yard & a grill. Sleeping arrangements include a bunk room with one set of full sized bunk beds, a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, & two full bathrooms.
Construction next door thorug summer 2015, guests this past winter did not seem bothered however.
Hummer, Jeep, or Cadillac Escalade rental, & concierge available upon request. A detached guest house is also available upon request for an additional cost.

Disclaimer: This incredibly charming house is historic being over 100 years old. Finding a historic stand-alone home in downtown Aspen is few & far between so we ask that
you understand & appreciate our increasing preservation efforts along side of the historical society. The bathrooms & closets are small due to the historic architecture. There are two closets available for rental guests, hanging wracks in the bedrooms & laundry. Dressers are also available in every room. The one remaining closets is locked & reserved for the owner. If you are looking for a massive state of the art home with storage this vacation rental may not be for you. However the location, charm, beautiful neighborhood & mountain views of this rental property are truly special.
Hot Tub & Pool: Four blocks away on Durant St., across from City Market @ the Sky Hotel. Bring a towel, (& bring towels back, missing towels result in a charge). You must patron the bar or restaurant to use the pool.
Interaction with Guests
The home is set up so our guests can be self sufficient never having to interact with anyone should they choose. We do offer transportaion, Escalade or Jeep Wrangler car rentals, concierge service, gorcery shopping, & Caribou Club entry, for an additonal cost.
Rental Rules: Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules attached at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.
Access: Guest shall allow Homeowner/Property Manager access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
Rental Rate: The balance in full is due 30 days prior to arrival & is non
refundable should the reservation be cancelled with in 30 days of the booked
Rental Deposit: A 25% deposit of the total is due at least
__30__ days prior to the check-in date arrival & is non refundable should the
reservation be cancelled. This deposit reserves your dates making them unavailable to any other inquires until the balance is full is paid. It then become the acting damage deposit for you stay & shall be refunded with in two days of the departure date provided there are no
deductions due to:
i. damage to the property or furnishings;
ii. dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or
iii. any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay
Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the deposit and rental rate will be refunded as follows:
100% if cancelled __30__ days prior to the Check-in Date, _60_ days if holiday or
special event weekend
0% if cancelled __30__ days or less to the Check-in Date
A flat $100 cleaning fee is added on to the rental rate, & pet fee should you choose the bring a pet
* All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
Smoking is NOT allowed.
People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
Living in the high country means sharing territory with furry friends. Bears, coyotes,
& foxes are a common sight. For this reason I supply bear pepper spray, an air horn & instructions in the event of an encounter at the home. Please be sure to properly clean up after using the BBQ, secure trash in the bear proof trashcan, & secure pets so we can keep our majestic Colorado wildlife safe. Should we need to report them to the DOW they are sadly captured and put down.
The house is stocked with dishwasher detergent, towels, linens & enough toilet paper depending on the length of your stay. Recommended items to purchase should you require them during you stay: Laundry detergent, paper towels, zip lock bags, toilet paper, Kleenex. If you would like the house pre stocked with groceries etc. this is a service we provide if you inquire. It is recommended to add vinegar to the dishwasher, as the mineral content of the mountain water is high. This keeps the glassware sparkling!
Pets are NOT allowed. OR PETS are permitted only with prior approval and the Pet Addendum must be completed.
Parking: PARKING PASS – The (1 & only) parking pass will be located in the unit on the dining table. Renters must display parking pass on the rear view mirror at all times & you may park with in two blocks of the house for free. Parking must be paid for outside of the two blocks at pay stations in town. Failure to display may result in the ticketing or towing of vehicle at renter's expense. Leave the parking pass inside the unit upon departure.
Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. If you would like us to schedule housekeeping during your stay we are happy to arrange this for am additional fee.
Pool & Hot Tub: The Sky Hotel pool & Little Nell Hotel pool welcome paying patrons to their bar or restaurant allowing pool use however they reserve the right to ask non hotel guests to leave if they are at capacity with in house guests.
Storms: No refunds will be given for storms. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. I highly recommend four wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months. I do not refund due to road or weather conditions.
It is hereby agreed by and between Antonia Cooper (Property Manager) and ____ (Guest) that property manager will allow guest to have the following described pet and no others in the vacation home upon and subject to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and this addendum.

1.Guest to pay additional pet fee in the amount of $100 to cover carpet & deep cleaning costs for the next guests in case of allergies.
2. All pets must be leashed at all times.
3. Guest is responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse.
5. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur
extra cleaning fees.
6. All pets are to be treated with a topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets.
7. Pet must not cause damage to premises or furnishings. If damages are caused, the cost of the damage may be deducted from security deposit.
8. Guest should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors.
9. Pet will not be left unattended for an undue length of time, either indoors or out. Pet will not be left unattended on balcony, patio, or porch.
10. Homeowner assumes no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or humans while on the premises.
The Guest shall be solely responsible for the pet while on the property.
The place was great! Very close to all the amenities in town, and a very well-kept house. It really played a big part in our trip being unforgettable.
We have stayed in Antonia's properties a few times now and every time they have been fabulous! She is so accommodating and we love the location and atmosphere of all her amazing properties!

The location was PERFECT for getting to/from Aspen Mountain (5-10 minutes walking distance) and great for exploring the town. We walked everywhere and it was very convenient to leave ski rentals at the base overnight. The house itself was as described. Plenty of space for 6-8 people. It is definitely older, with small closets and bathrooms, but very quaint and nicely decorated. Some supplies were provided (toilet paper, towels), but others we had to purchase (paper towels, some cleaning supplies, hand soap for one of the bathrooms, and the one hair dryer in the house was broken). We did not have any interaction with the host during our stay. Communication prior to the stay was sometimes timely and sometimes quite delayed. She did kindly accommodate our request for a late check out. Overall, it was a great home base for our trip to Aspen.
Extra supplies are located under the kitchen sink behind the trash can & cleaning supplies on the shelf above the laundry baskets. the house is origional & historic, built on 1886, but the guest house compleatly updated. all the closets & bathrooms in classic victorians are small, they were not as spoiled as us back in the day ;). there is a disclaimer regarding this in the "house info & rule " section of the listing. it also states there is a enough supllies to get guests started. glad you enjoyed the your trip & hope to have you back. It's a great value for the location.
I got an upgrade for the house i was staying at and it was beyond a 5 star experience. Antonia treated me very well and made my weekend stay in Aspen beyond incredible.
