Welcome to our cozy condo! This is just a five‑minute drive from Whitecap Beach!

The Space

This 945 sq ft condo accommodates up to five guests and sits on the first residential floor, directly above the covered parking area. You will need to walk up one flight of stairs (there is no elevator) to reach the front door. A private patio off the living room and one bedroom lets you enjoy a bit of fresh air.

Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. Pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, and basic seasonings are provided. There are two private bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen‑size bed and the other is a twin over full. Please note that there is no washer or dryer in the unit.

Guest Access

Before arrival, guests receive a personalized smart‑lock code. The code becomes active at 4 PM on check‑in day and remains valid until 11 AM on check‑out day. One reserved parking space is available underneath the building. As mentioned, there are no elevators and must climb one flight of stairs to reach the condo.

Other Things to Note

• This unit does not allow animals.
• Smoking, vaping, and any other illicit substances are strictly prohibited inside the condo.
• No parties or large gatherings are permitted (this includes use of the pool area). We will charge $75 per unregistered guest. If there are alerts of gathering we will charge a $400 fee.
• Quiet hours (10pm-8am) must be observed for the comfort of neighboring residents.

Because this is a beach location, pests can occasionally make their way inside. Although we treat regularly we ask to please keep it clean and throw trash as needed.
