We loved our stay at Patti's guest house. The suite could not have been better. It was super spacious, light and clean. The house itself was also beautiful, not to mention the garden (perfect setting for a late afternoon glass of holiday vino). Patti gave us some good tips, like the free shuttle from the station (3 min walk from the house) to Coopers Beach which takes about 10 minutes. The Main Street is a 5-10 minute walk from the house, so the location couldn't be better. We hope to be back!
Staying in Patti's Southampton suite was very lovely and perfect for a summer get away. Everything was better than described. The pictures do not do the suite justice as it is so much bigger than I expected! The bed was so wonderful comfy. The location was perfect to walk to town and we took the bikes out as well. We met Patti briefly but she was very lovely and welcoming and when we had questions we texted her and she responded right away. I would highly recommend staying here and likely will be back.
We drove from NY but you really do not need a car. Especially for nearby cooper's beach as parking is expensive so best to get there on bikes or a taxi even. Patti has parking if you do bring your car though.
Only wish we could have booked more time! Spacious and relaxing...so quiet too! Love the skeleton Keys and envelope of door upon arrival. All the little touches. Will definitely be back again!
Patti's home is very comfortable and roomy. She goes out of her way with little touches to make you (email hidden): beach chairs and towels are left outside the room along with umbrellas too for our convenience. She even grabbed extra tea (for my mom) and towels for us too! There's a small refrigerator; coffee maker mugs utensils and (email hidden)e even left sparkling water and milk in the fridge. All those little touches mean so much. My only wish is that we could have stayed longer!
Patti was a wonderful host! Mom and I had such a lovely time at her home and only wish we could have stayed longer. Patti takes care and pride in her home and you can feel and see all of her little touches ....
The house was fantastic. We loved the look of the place, both inside and out. The tub was perfect, the bed was very comfortable and the location was close to a lot of things (stores, food, activities). The room itself was clean and nice, the only critique is that the road can get a bit noisy at times, as well as the train that occasionally goes by. Otherwise, we would love to stop by again in the future.
The place was great - spacious, clean, close to town and the train station, with everything we needed for the weekend. While I didn't have a chance to meet Patti, the check in/out process was easy. Highly recommend!
