Check In
  • Chuck and Kate are great hosts. They respond to your messages very quickly, their house is beautiful (and in a quiet neighborhood), and they are friendly people. As long as you're okay with not being right downtown, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here.

  • Kate and Chuck are gracious hosts and communicate in a timely manner. The room, house and neighborhood are all very nice: visually appealing, comfortable and quiet. private bath in the room is very convenient. Very restful stay for me with great hosts.

  • Chuck and Kate were very friendly and I enjoyed staying in their beautiful home. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and access to a private living room and bathroom allowed us our own 'apartment'. Chuck and Kate were very thoughtful and really provided anything that we could have needed or forgotten, including towels and body wash. Not to mention the in-room Keurig was a great treat in the morning. If I come through the area again I would definitely return.

  • Chuck and Kate are absolutely wonderful! A friend and I stayed with them on my apartment hunting trip to Cincinnati. They offered great insight on the city as I navigated through the numerous housing options available. The accommodations are superb. The room is very cozy, comfortable and clean. To our delight we were able to spend some time breaking bread, chatting, and laughing with them. Don't worry you will by no means feel obligated to do this. However, they are such cool people you'll find that you want to get to. By far my best AirBnB, "host family" experience!

  • Chuck and Kate were wonderful hosts. The house is immaculate and the room is comfortable, quiet, clean, and stylish. There is a second room for watching TV. The house is right off of the freeway in a well-healed residential neighborhood. Great value, great place. Kudos.

  • This is the 2nd time I have stayed at Chuck and Kate's cozy place.
They are very accommodating hosts and again my only regret is not spending enough time with them.

Their place is cozy and the experience of looking out on their wooded back yard with the fall colors was a wonderful bonus.
Very clean, quiet , and peaceful. I would not stay anywhere else when I go back to the Cincinnati area to visit my close friends.

  • I was lucky enough to stay with Chuck and Kate a second time - simply the best. Exceeded my expectations in every way!

  • Chuck & Kate are the BEST hosts and my stay with them has been my best on Airbnb thus far. I honestly cannot say enough positive things about them and their place. The place: Beautifully decorated/appointed, super clean, in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with all the amenities one could wish for. You'll have half the house to yourself! The hosts: really friendly, cultured, kind and interesting to talk to/interact with - I'm proud to say that I now have friends in Cincinnati! I recommend them with out hesitation.

  • We just want to start off by saying thank you to Chuck! Kate had to leave town last minute, and when we arrived he was an amazing host. He sat with us on their back patio and shared interesting conversation and a drink with us. After showing us around he gave us a couple of resturant suggestions. We chose to eat at the Montgomery Inn located less than a mile from their home. It was by far one of the best meals we'd ever had. He was spot on with his suggestion. If you are looking for good ribs and good atmosphere you will find it there!
The stay was wonderful! We wanted a peaceful setting and we got it. The neighborhood is beautiful and the surrounding area is as well. Impressive is the word I would use to describe Chuck and Kate's home. They have done a great job preserving the old and the new in their place. The room was perfect. It was nice to have a private attached bath and a tv sitting area all to ourselves. The next morning we enjoyed a fresh cup of coffee on our own Keurig in our room! The K-cup selection provided was great.
Being that this was our second airbnb experience I can say that it was everything we expected and more. If we ever find ourselves back in the Cincinnati area again we would certainly consider staying with Chuck and Kate again. Amazing experience overall!

Enough to make it work and enjoy life.
We have lived in Cincinnati, Ohio our entire lives and still reside in the same house where our only son grew up. He is currently attending college in Orlando, Florida. I've been a stay at home mom, and I'm now working with my husband in the IT industry. I like to garden some and have a never ending list of DIY projects. We like to travel when we can, are non-judgmental and are very respectful of others and their property.
