🔇 NO LOUD OUTDOOR MUSIC AT ANY TIME
Due to prior complaints in the area, local residents are very sensitive to noise. Loud music, parties, DJs, large speakers, excessive outdoor noise, or any activity that disturbs neighboring properties is strictly prohibited.
Any police response, noise complaint, or township violation resulting from guest behavior may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
🚔 $1,000 FEE PER POLICE RESPONSE
Any police response to the property resulting from guest-created noise disturbances, disorderly conduct, or other preventable guest activities will result in a $1,000 charge per incident.
Please understand that repeated complaints could jeopardize our ability to continue operating this property. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us preserve this peaceful retreat.
🏊 POOL MAINTENANCE NOTICE
To ensure the pool remains clean, safe, and properly balanced, our maintenance team checks the pool each morning, typically around 7:00 AM.
If any adjustments are needed, we will notify you through Airbnb and promptly complete the necessary maintenance to keep the water in excellent condition for your stay.
