The space

The private infinity pool takes center stage outdoors, open year-round and accessible 24 hours a day, with a smaller children's pool alongside it. Sun loungers line the poolside for lazy afternoons in the Sri Lankan sun, while shaded verandas and balconies offer cooler spots to unwind. An outdoor dining area and outdoor kitchen with sink and oven make al fresco meals effortless, and the charcoal BBQ grill is ready for evening cookouts. A kayak is available for guests, and the fully fenced private backyard ensures both privacy and peace of mind.
Sleeping arrangements
Seven ensuite bedrooms sleep 16 or more guests across nine beds, spread across two levels. Three deluxe bedrooms sit on the ground floor, each with its own private bath. Upstairs, three further ensuite bedrooms are joined by a semi-suite featuring a jacuzzi, a private balcony overlooking the pool, and a dedicated workspace with an ergonomic chair - ideal for remote work or quiet focus. Every bedroom is air-conditioned for cool, restful nights.
Living spaces
On the ground floor, a spacious veranda greets you at arrival, leading into a large sitting hall with sofas and TV. Both indoor and outdoor dining spaces are available for shared meals, and a lounge and terrace upstairs add further room to relax or find a quiet corner. Room-darkening shades, clothing storage, hangers, and a safe are provided throughout.
Kitchen and dining
The fully equipped kitchen covers everything you need for home-style cooking - an LG stainless steel gas stove, stainless steel double oven, LG refrigerator, microwave, blender, rice maker, hot water kettle, pour-over coffee maker, toaster, and wine glasses are all on hand, along with cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. The outdoor kitchen extends your options for larger group meals.
Bathrooms
Each of the seven bathrooms includes a hair dryer, shampoo, and standard body soap. A bidet and outdoor shower are also available, and bathroom essentials including towels, soap, and toilet paper are provided.

Families are well catered for throughout. A paid crib, pack 'n play/travel crib, standalone high chair, baby bath, and changing table are available on request or in place. A children's playroom - an indoor room stocked with toys, books, and games - and an outdoor playground keep younger guests happily occupied. Twice-weekly housekeeping (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM), fresh linens, and daily pool maintenance are included. A free washer is available in-building, with a paid dryer also on-site. A drying rack, iron, and laundromat nearby add further convenience. Two free carport spaces and free street parking are available. Self check-in is offered, with building staff on-site 24 hours a day. Exterior security cameras (CCTV) operate outside the villa, including on the terrace and veranda. Smoke alarms and fire extinguishers are in place. Smoking is permitted, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

Hikkaduwa Beach - famous for its turtles, coral reefs, and surf schools - is an 800-meter walk away. The town center, 1.5 kilometers from the villa, puts restaurants, nightlife, and shops within easy reach, and tuk-tuks and taxis make getting around simple. Day trips to the UNESCO-listed Galle Fort, Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery, Yala National Park, and nearby river safaris are all within reach. Snorkeling, diving, and glass-bottom boat rides round out the options for days on the water.

You will also have access to the large private infinity pool and children’s pool. All indoor spaces of HikkaResort are exclusively yours, ensuring total privacy for your group.

HikkaResort features a private infinity pool, which is cleaned daily at 8.30 am by our staff to ensure it remains fresh and ready for use throughout your stay.
Electricity is charged separately based on actual usage during your stay, calculated from meter readings at check-in and check-out. We kindly encourage guests to switch off air-conditioning units when not in use, as this helps reduce unnecessary costs and supports energy conservation.
If you need transportation, our trained team can assist with airport pick-up, drop-off, and local tours at reasonable rates. For late evening or night arrivals, our driver can bring the villa keys, allowing for a smooth, direct check-in upon reaching Hikkaduwa.
The villa includes daily pool maintenance and villa cleaning twice weekly. Additional cleaning services can be arranged on request for an extra fee.
