Giulia was very friendly and the room and location were perfect. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Breakfast was wonderful!
Giulia & Pino's bed & breakfast was a perfect start to our Italian holiday. They were warm and welcoming and the cosy room was just what we needed after a long flight. Giulia and Pino were genuine in tending to our needs, while also respecting our privacy. When asked, they provided us with tips on transport, activities and places to eat in Tivoli. They had a lovely sense of humour and the breakfast was varied and delicious. Would definitely recommend to others.
Great place, the location is amazing. the breakfast was very nice.
The couple waited up on us till we arrived and that was kind of them.
Notice to have a local map so you will arrive easly, and ask the locals about Piazza de Lerbe. They are very helpful and kind.
Great burger just 3 min' walk away.
also there is a great parking lot just down the Via de sosi.
We spent last night in Tivoli and really enjoyed our stay. The room is a self-contained little apartment with secure entrance. Giulia welcomed us with a quick introduction to the room which was lovely and looks out over the mediaeval piazza. The room is quite spacious with a high ceiling and everything you need with nice little touches of soap and chocolates. Although we only stayed one night we felt very welcome and had a lovely buffet style continental breakfast with yoghurt, coffee, toast bread, ham patisseries and accompaniments. The location of this apartment is very central and ideal as a base to explore Tivoli. We can highly recommend staying here and we would have loved to have stayed longer. Despite being in the centre of the town and above a lovely little craft beer bar the room was so peaceful you'd think you were in the country. Don't miss the Villas Adrianne & d'Este - jaw dropping!!!
We had a very brief stay in their lovely apartment. Hosts were very kind and accommodating. We plan to come again.

About the Host, Giulia & Pino Tivoli
We're finally ready to begin our brand new adventure.
There are many ways to travel. You can get to know the world by going out and visiting it... and also by letting a small part of it visit you!
To discover, to travel, to share with friends and others the things in our lives has always been characteristic of our family. Him, an artist, always outside of the commercial sphere, working as a labourer by day, “by night” determined to give form to his thoughts and emotions through drawing, painting and pottery. Her, practical but with an artist's heart: working as an office worker by day, “by night” cultivating the arts of tailoring and knitting handed down by her mother; expert organizer of trips and gatherings of friends, cultivator of the culinary arts, from which her sons and husband have always benefitted. Once upon a time her sons used to live in the rooms ... which are now made available for visitors...a rather original way of encouraging them to “fly the nest”.
You'll find the artist's touch in both rooms which will welcome you, and that of the good host in the breakfast wishing you a good morning, as well as in the attention to detail.
Even before becoming a B&B, our house has always had an open door, ready to host and welcome friends and relatives.
